With panoramas of deep fjords and glacial ice, Greenland is home to polar bears, walruses and musk oxen. The rugged country is truly for survivalists.
5. Iceland
Arctic foxes, ponies and numerous species of birds feel at home among the volcanoes and rugged glacier landscapes of the Icelandic wilderness.
6. Sweden
There is snow half the year in Sweden's national parks, where moose, bears and other animals have adapted. When the ice melts, lush forests emerge.
