Season 1 Plot
Gu Jing is a good chef who owns a creative and retro restaurant. He opens his restaurant anytime he wants. Gu Jing finds that there is a boy who always gets the quietest seat, and that boy is Liu Li. Liu Li is a gay-themed novelist who rents a room upstairs from Gu Jing’s restaurant. Gu Jing starts to send Liu Li a bowl of spicy beef noodles. Gu Jing has become the person that Liu Li confides in, the person who keeps him company during the breakup. Gradually, Liu Li realizes that his fantasies may be different from reality.

Liu Li goes on a date in Gu Jing's restaurant, but things don't quite work out.

Gu Jing brings forth his own experiences to give Liu Li advice and inspiration for his writing.

It's Liu Li's birthday and Gu Jing takes him to the aquarium, while his friends prepare a birthday party that same night.
5. Chapter 5: Immersed In The Love Experience
Gu Jing agrees to be Liu Li’s reference for his third book, and the two of them start their dating journey.
6. Chapter 6: Is It Me or You Who's Willing to Give?
Gu Jing originally wanted to share a romantic meal with Liu Li, but the both of them ran into surprising guests.

10. Chapter 10 : The Direction Of Happiness
Liu Li and Gu Jing end up together, but Gu Jing's mother and Liu Li's assistant show up and make trouble for the new couple.
