Ale and Anna met on Interrail in the summer of '96, but life soon forced them to separate. Twenty years later they both find themselves in Bologna.

After their meeting, the love between Ale and Anna is rekindled. While she questions her marriage, he must choose whether to stay in Bologna.

Ale and Anna begin a clandestine relationship, but if he seems ready to invest in this relationship, she, who has much more to lose, is scared.

Ale and Anna spend a weekend together for the first time, but their romantic getaway won't go as they had hoped.
