Located on a beautiful hillside in Koh Samui, Thailand, Kamalaya is a secluded wellness sanctuary with a private beach. Here, Jamie Srubis tries a variety of spa treatments such as the Swaadhika detoxifying body scrub and wrap treatment, which includes a Far Infrared Sauna session, and a Lymphatic Drainage Massage. She also tries yoga and aqua aerobics, and goes on to enjoy a detoxing meal.
