WONG and his colleagues, while representing their quarter in a basketball game, are complained by POON, a member of the opponent team. They became very discontented with POON, but later find out POON is going to be their supervisor. KWAN, a newly graduated policewoman, mistaken WONG a pick-pocket when WONG bumps into her. They become good friends after she found out that WONG is also a police officer. POON is having quarrels with his wife LAU, because of minor thing. Lau feels that their behaviour and life-style is not in pace, and asks for a divorce. POON finds his group very loose and undisciplined, and decided to reform the order and discipline.

During an arrect, WONG jokes with the witness but scared her so bad that she fainted, and could not bear witness in court. POON is extremely mad with WONG, for his childishness but finally let him off. POON and his wife LAU is having a divorce at the solicitor's office when LAU starts to cry and embarrassed POON. But HUI, a -female lawyer, comforts LAU and eases her. HUI is working for the legal aid and is appointed the defendant lawyer in a rape case. The defendant distrusts HUI in view that she is young and inexperienced. HUI finally proves herself by winning the case, and is thus greatly approved by POON.
