Marbella-based French Bulldog Milo is flown in by private jet to get his broken elbow fixed, and Maine Coon-mad Noel helps Digby, who has severe hip dysplasia.

Toy poodle Monty was jumped on by a larger dog, damaging his hip joint. Monty is so small that very few surgeons can perform a complex total hip replacement on such a miniature scale, so the family are hoping that Noel can help. Another two-year-old, 75kg Caucasian shepherd dog Odin, has a condition where malformed vertebrae in his neck are putting pressure on his spinal cord, causing pain and impairing the nerve signals to his back legs.
