In the presence of HM The Queen, the Royal British Legion's annual Festival of Remembrance pays tribute to the armed forces and remembers all victims of war and conflict. Katherine Jenkins and fellow opera singer Alfie Boe will perform alongside the military musicians of the Massed Bands of the Guards Division; the Band of HM Royal Marines and the Central Band of the RAF. The service of remembrance is conducted by the Rt Revd Nigel McCulloch, Bishop of Manchester, and includes the traditional two minute silence as thousands of symbolic poppy petals fall in the Royal Albert Hall.

The Royal British Legion's annual Festival of Remembrance pays tribute to all victims of war and conflict in the presence of HM The Queen and members of the Royal Family. Katherine Jenkins, Russell Watson, Hayley Westenra, Jonathan Ansell and Blake will perform alongside The Massed Bands of the Household Division, the Band of HM Royal Marines, the Band of the Parachute Regiment, the RAF Squadronaires and the Queen's Colour Squadron of the Royal Air Force. The lesson is read by the Earl of Wessex. The Service of Remembrance includes the traditional two minute silence as thousands of poppy petals fall from the roof of the Royal Albert Hall, each representing a life lost in war. Huw Edwards presents.

The Royal British Legion's annual Festival of Remembrance pays tribute to all victims of war and conflict in the presence of HM The Queen and members of the Royal Family. Jamie Cullum, Hayley Westenra, the Soldiers and Faryl Smith perform alongside the Massed Bands of the Household Division, the Band of HM Royal Marines and the Band of the Royal Air Force and Salon Orchestra. The lesson is read by HRH The Princess Royal. The Service of Remembrance includes the traditional two minute silence as thousands of poppy petals fall from the roof of the Royal Albert Hall, each representing a life lost in war. In the presence of Her Majesty The Queen and members of the Royal Family, Huw Edwards presents The Royal British Legion's annual Festival of Remembrance, which pays tribute to all victims of war and conflict. Brian May, Kerry Ellis, Hayley Westenra and The Soldiers perform alongside The Massed Bands of the Household Division, the Band of HM Royal Marines, The Queen's Colour Squadron and the Army Physical Training Corps. The Festival includes the traditional two-minute silence as poppy petals fall from the roof of the Royal Albert Hall, each representing a life lost in war.

In the presence of the Queen and members of the royal family, and this year celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Royal British Legion, Huw Edwards presents the annual Festival of Remembrance from the Royal Albert Hall. Sir Cliff Richard, Alfie Boe, Katherine Jenkins and Joe McElderry perform alongside The Massed Bands of the Household Division, and the bands of HM Royal Marines, the Royal Air Force and the Brigade of Gurkhas to pay tribute to all victims of war and conflict. The Festival includes the traditional two minute silence as poppy petals fall from the roof of the hall, each representing a life lost in war.

In the presence of Her Majesty the Queen and members of the royal family, Huw Edwards presents the Royal British Legion's annual Festival of Remembrance, which pays tribute to all victims of war and conflict. Rod Stewart, Alexandra Burke, Russell Watson, the Overtones, Amore, Jon Joe Kerr and the Military Wives Choir perform alongside the Massed Bands of the Household Division, the Band of HM Royal Marines, the Queen's Colour Squadron and the RAF Squadronaires. The Festival includes the traditional two-minute silence as poppy petals fall from the roof of the Royal Albert Hall, each representing a life lost in war.

9. 2015

Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance In the presence of HM the Queen and members of the royal family, Huw Edwards presents the Royal British Legion's annual Festival of Remembrance, which pays tribute to all victims of war and conflict. Andrea Bocelli, Rod Stewart, Gregory Porter and Pixie Lott perform alongside the Central Band of the Royal Air Force, the Queen's Colour Squadron, the Band of HM Royal Marines, and the Band and Pipes of the Brigade of Gurkhas. From World War One to the present day, as the poppy petals fall from the roof of the Royal Albert Hall, the Festival will remember the many who make the ultimate sacrifice.
