The R&B foursome of Penny, LaCienega, Dijonay and Zoey win a record deal...too bad Penny has decided to break up the band and focus on a solo career.

When the Prouds discover their house may be haunted, Penny becomes a hero after eating one of Oscars' Proud Scary Snacks.
3. Ain't Nothing Like The Real Thingy, Baby
When Oscar agrees to bring popular children's show host, Thingy, to perform at the twin's birthday, he and Penny discover that Thingy is really Oscar's pretty old college friend, Debra, and Penny wrongfully suspects that they are having an affair.
4. Poetic Justice
When there's a debate team at school Penny and Dijonay wind up on opposing sides. They start to argue about the issue causing a rift in their friendship.
5. Behind Family Lines
Trudy's and Oscar's feuding families are brought together for the twins' baptism.
6. Hooray for Iesha
Penny launches a campaign to save her favorite TV show after it gets canceled.
7. Camping Trip
The Prouds struggle to survive a camping trip with the Boulevardez family.
8. Crouching Trudy, Hidden Penny
Penny and her friends sign up for martial-arts lessons.
9. Pulp Boot Camp
Oscar and Trudy send Penny to a boot camp to prevent her from becoming a bully.
10. Tween Town
Al Roker mysteriously appears and jumps off the TV screen to grant Penny's wish for a world without adults after she's punished for lying. With no grown-ups in sight, Penny proclaims to her friends that they're living in "a world of the children, by the children and for the children....We can do anything we want." But that's not much consolation for babies BeBe and CeCe, who miss their mommy and daddy.
11. One in a Million
Penny meets Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant and asks him to help her win a million dollars by making a half-court shot.
12. Hmmm... Tastes Like
Suga Mama's snack creations rival the munchies sold by her eldest son, Oscar, who tries to capitalize on the success of her top-secret recipe.
13. There's Something about Rene
The Prouds hire a perfectly good nanny, but Trudy wants her fired.
14. Adventures In Bebe Sitting
Penny's left solo to babysit the twins, BeBe and CeCe, along with the wild and crazy siblings of Dijonay, who abandoned her charges with her best friend to attend a sold-out concert with LaCienega and Zoey. Elsewhere, the grown-ups are on a couples' retreat led by a Dr. Phil-like psychologist.
15. Surf and Turf
Los Angeles DJs Big Boy and Fuzzy Fantabulous have cameos as Dijonay attempts to win Sticky's love by making him jealous of the attention she's giving to a boy from Hawaii. Elsewhere, Oscar enters into a bet with the world's fastest baby.
16. The Legend of Johnny Lovely
A mythical character named Johnny Lovely blows into town to show Penny and her friends the importance of treating each other with respect. His arrival coincides with rehearsals for the Junior Debutante Ball, a custom that Penny complains is outdated and demeaning to women. However, Johnny sees this coming-out party as a chance to put on display his gentlemanly good manners.
17. The Camp, the Counselor, the Mole and the Rock
Reverend Hagood organizes a three-day, two-night camping trip for the youth of his church. Penny volunteers as a junior counselor, to the chagrin of Oscar, who's fearful of his daughter being alone with boys and their "raging hormones." Meanwhile, Peabo splits his time away from home between tracking Penny's every move and trying to get closer to crush Zoey.
18. It Takes a Thief
Penny is framed for stealing by the manager at her new department-store job.
19. Wedding Bell Blues
Smokey Robinson is hired to sing at the wedding of Suga Mama after she accepts a marriage proposal from her senior-citizen beau, Clarence St. John. Meanwhile, Oscar hopes a private eye will prove his hunch that the bride-to-be is being fleeced out of her life savings by the future groom.
20. Penny Potter
Suga Mama's sister Spice successfully sweet-talks Oscar into giving her money.
