The show for motorcycle enthusiasts returns with regular presenter and biking fanatic Henry Cole. Henry joins the White Helmets display team to jump through a wall of fire, and samples enduro riding. Later, he visits a bike show in Stafford, and begins to customise a motorcycle to enter into the Brighton Custom Show.

Motorcycling enthusiast Henry Cole gets an experience of the Wall of Death and meets the wives and girlfriends of leading British Superbike Championship contenders. He also learns about the work of a charity that aims to get riders back on two wheels after serious accidents, and tries his hand at moto gymkhana.
