Adam Hills and celebrity guests give an alternative off-beat commentary on the signifcant moments of 2012, underpinned by the three standout events - the Jubilee, Olympics and Paralympics. Guests join Alex Brooker and Josh Widdicombe as they pick out the hidden gems and weird and wonderful moments of the year. They also try to answer the questions that the viewers and audience have always been afraid to ask, with Alex and Adam providing their unique take on all the events of 2012. The incredible moments of the year are brought to life through a mixture of video tape inserts and live discussion, with fresh and original challenges for the team and their studio guests, as they celebrate an incredible year that was 2012.

Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker get back to their roots of Paralympic punditry to introduce the most entertaining sporting extravaganza known to humanity. The boys chat to C4's Paralympic presenters: Clare Balding, Breaking Bad's RJ Mitte, Ade Adepitan, Arthur Williams, JJ Chalmers, Sophie Morgan and Brazilian footballing legend Pele while also checking in on some of the show's favourite Superhumans of 2012.

Stephen Mangan and Dutch blade-runner Marlou Van Rhijn are in the studio. Adam chats to Sir Philip Craven, Head of the IPC. Plus, Josh and Alex chat about taking part in the official Opening Ceremony.

Johnny Vegas joins Adam and the gang as Day 5 of the Games hots up. Plus, shot putter Aled Davies and judokas Sam Ingram and Chris Skelley keep the boys in line.
27. Live from Rio: Day 6
Comedian Katherine Ryan gets Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker in line as Day 6 hits its crescendo. There's a very special performance from six-time Paralympic gold medalist David 'Weirwolf' Weir, and para-triathlete Lauren Steadman joins the gang.

Comedian Katherine Ryan joins Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker for more high jinks and alternative review from the Rio Paralympics. The boys are joined in the studio by British medal winners for sketches, clips, and anarchic discussion of the Games via no-holds-barred #isitok questions from viewers and athletes alike. Shooter Matt Skelhon; wheelchair fencers Piers Gilliver and Dimitri Coutya; and Jack Rutter, captain of Men's 7-a-side football team, join in the fun.

Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker are live in Rio for the 2016 Paralympic Games. The guys are joined by special guest Katherine Ryan, and medal-winning athletes for the penultimate leg of their comedic take on the Rio Paralympics with sketches, clips, and taboo-busting #isitok questions from viewers and athletes alike. Marathon man Richard Whitehead drops in along with table tennis stars Will Bayley, Ross Wilson and Aaron McKibbin, cycling and athletics star Kadeena Cox, boccia's David Smith and canoeist Emma Wiggs.

Adam, Josh, and Alex are live in Rio for the 'unofficial closing ceremony' of the Rio Paralympics 2016. For their last show from Rio, the boys are joined in the studio by a multitude of medal winners and heroes of the Games, including Dame Sarah Storey, Hannah Cockroft, Gordon Reid, Jordanne Whiley, Dan Greaves and Lee Pearson.
