Located near the Komodo National Park, we discover one of Indonesia's best kept diving secrets at the base of an active volcano! Nathan also prepares barbecue chicken with grilled vegetables
5. Episode 5 - Gili Islands
Experience a tropical oasis enriched by the stunning backdrop of Indonesia's Ringani volcano. On the water Chef Nathan cooks fish and Porchetta.
6. Episode 6 - Alor
The island of Alor is a place where coastal fishing villages trade seafood for meat, fruit and vegetables from the farming villages. Chef Nathan prepared fresh Tuna sashimi.
7. Episode 7 - Raja Ampat
Located in the heart of the "Coral Triangle" Raja Ampat is the most biologically diverse marine region in the world and here Chef Nathan cooks local delicacies made from Mussels and Papeda.
