Frank Delaney investigates the origins and evolution of the four remaining Celtic homelands - Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Brittany.
3. A Pagan Trinity
Frank Delaney takes a look at how pagan and Christian rites amalgamated when the missionaries arrived.
4. The Open-Ended Curve
Frank Delaney examines the highly influential and still flourishing Celtic artistic tradition.
5. The Final Conflict
An exploration of language as part of identity, including attempts to destroy Celtic languages and their recent renaissance, especially Welsh and Breton.
6. The Legacy
Frank Delaney argues that the Celts bequeathed to European civilisation not only glorious art but also a way of thinking, a philosophy of life and a passion for freedom.
