Season 1 Plot
Yeon Ji is a rookie designer at a wet wipes factory. Her annoying ex-boyfriend Lee Min Woo and her dead-end job gives her little room for advancement and even less room for happiness. Sun Hee is Yeon Ji’s supervisor at the factory. She looks like she has temper issues, but she is also a lonely and misunderstood soul. Nam Hee is Yeon Ji’s roommate. She has the most low-percentage dream in the world: she is an aspiring webtoon artist. Joyful and optimistic, Nam Hee doesn’t get discouraged by the fact that there are more failures as webtoon artists than there are actual webtoons. Hye Young is a baker. Someday, she dreams of having her own bakery. Sadly, she lives in an economy that chews up and spits out new businesses faster than any cake or pastry. As these women struggle to figure out what they want in life, they form a bond they never thought possible. They are now a sisterhood of the basic question, “What is the best moment to quit your job?”

Season 1 Episodes
1. Episode 1
After many rejections, Yeon Ji finally recieves a job offer, but the role quickly turns out to be more than she bargained for. Hye Young fights a losing battle against demands from management at her bakery.
2. Episode 2
Jung Hyun recieves an interesting proposition from fellow teacher Dae Woon. Yeon Ji struggles to maintain a good relationship with her deputy, Seon Hee.
3. Episode 3
Yeon Ji makes progress with Seon Hee. Hye Young works with an enthusiastic new trainee, Min Seo.
4. Episode 4
Nam Hee draws inspiration for her webtoon from her book club. Hye Young organizes a picnic for the girls.
5. Episode 5
Jung Hyun and Yeon Ji face romantic entanglements. Nam Hee recieves a message from one of her fans.
6. Episode 6
Yeon Ji finally recieves a permanent position at the factory, but it comes at an enormous cost. Hye Young rethinks her friendships after spending more time with Min Seo.
7. Episode 7
Nam Hee realizes that doling out relationship advice isn't as easy at it seems. Jung Hyun comes to an important realization about her career path.
8. Episode 8
Yeon Ji finally quits her job at the factory, and inspires Seon Hee to think about her own future, as she comes to a crossroads. Nam Hee comes up with another idea for a webtoon.
