Season 4 Plot
The fourth season of the British-American animated comedy series The Amazing World of Gumball premiered on July 7, 2015 in the United States with the episode "The Return." It will consist of 40 eleven-minute episodes, as were the previous two seasons.

1. The Return
Richard tries to find the kids before Nicole realizes they're gone.
2. The Nemesis
Gumball and Darwin discover that Rob, who once swore to wreak vengeance on them, has been trying to destroy them for some time… but his traps never work.
3. The Crew
When Gumball and Darwin decide to join a crew, they are determined to prove their worth to senior citizens.
4. The Others
After learning what grade Anais is in, Gumball and Darwin learn that there is a whole new world of students.
5. The Signature
When Richard learns of Granny Jojo's plans to marry, he sets out to adopt Louie so he can forbid the wedding.
6. The Check
Gumball, Darwin and Anais are delighted when Grandpa Louie gives them a check for $5000, but the family soon fights over how to spend it.
7. The Pest
When they find Anais training herself for a brutal showdown, Gumball and Darwin realise that their sister is being pestered at school by an annoying kid: Billy. They try to teach her how to resolve the problem peacefully, but Billy has other ideas.
8. The Sale
Gumball and Darwin are crushed to learn that Mr. Robinson is selling his house and moving away, and when trying to make their final moments together last doesn't work, the duo decide to sabotage the sale.
9. The Gift
After they receive an extravagant invitation to Masami's birthday party, Gumball and Darwin are anxious to find just the right gift for her. However, they're not the only ones: it turns out every kid in Elmore is competing to get Masami the perfect present.
10. The Parking
When the Wattersons arrive at the mall for a day of shopping, they struggle to find a space in the parking lot. They search for a space everywhere -- using all their intelligence, cunning and trickery -- but as the day goes on, the desperate hunt for a space becomes more important than the trip to the mall itself.
11. The Routine
Richard's trip to the store to find mayonnaise for the family's burger night turns into a Neverending Story-meets-Conan the Barbarian-style quest where he squares off against Tina Rex's father, Mr. Rex.
12. The Upgrade
Gumball and Darwin upgrade Bobert the robot – and discover that his new operating system is full of buggy and useless applications and is prone to crashing.
13. The Comic
Sarah creates a comic of Gumball as a superhero named LaserHeart, prompting Gumball to act like one in real life.
14. The Romantic
Fearing that she may be sick of him due to a missing emoji on her message to him, Gumball sends Penny on a romantic quest to rekindle their love, which turns into a disaster when Penny gets lost in the woods.
15. The Uploads
Gumball and Darwin get hooked on watching Elmore Stream (the show's version of YouTube) and viewers get a look at the different online videos the residents of Elmore have uploaded on the Internet.
16. The Apprentice
Gumball tags along with Patrick Fitzgerald (Penny's father) as Patrick prepares to pitch plans for a new hospital to the CEO of Chanax -- and ends up roping him into a golf game with the CEO.
17. The Hug
To prove to Darwin that he can be unpredictable, Gumball decides to hug the first person he sees -- an anthropomorphic hot dog -- and Gumball ends up in over his head when he and the Hot Dog Guy can't stop bumping into each other.
18. The Wicked
After being framed for feeding coffee- and prune juice-laced nuts to the squirrels, Darwin tries to prove to Gumball that Mr. Robinson's wife, Margaret, is a good person underneath her destructive, sociopathic tendencies, but when Darwin sees just how evil Margaret is, the duo decide to catch her committing grand theft auto.
19. The Traitor
When Alan allegedly ditches Gumball's dinner date with him, Gumball is desperate to track him down and make him pay for his betrayal, only to learn that Alan is taking his mother, Jessica, to the hospital for an organ transplant.
20. The Origins (1)
In this, the first half-hour episode, a four-year-old Gumball becomes too much for young parents, Nicole and Richard, to handle, so they buy him a goldfish, but after the first six die from neglect, stupidity, and unfortunate incidents, Richard finds a special one in a shady red van who bonds with Gumball on a spiritual level. This gets put to the test when Darwin gets flushed down the toilet and must traverse a scary, new world to return home.
21. The Origins (2)

22. The Girlfriend
After seeing Alan and Carmen bond during her lunchtime bullying, Jamie decides that she needs a sweetheart... and has her eyes on Darwin.
23. The Advice
Mr. Small feels that he hasn't inspired the children of Elmore Junior High, so Gumball and Darwin try to lift his spirits... and end up causing chaos and putting most of the students (and faculty) in the school infirmary (and others in the hospital) after following Mr. Small's useless advice.
24. The Signal
Gumball develops a strange stutter, and it makes him accidentally offend Darwin.
25. The Parasite
Gumball and Darwin read Anais' diary and discover her relationship with a new friend is one-sided.
26. The Love
The people of Elmore search for the meaning of love.
27. The Awkwardness
Gumball is walking in the same direction as Hot Dog Guy, and with each step it becomes increasingly awkward.
28. The Nest
A neighbor disappears and the Wattersons investigate, but discover the culprit may be their Evil Turtle.
29. The Points
In order for Tobias to let them use his points in a video game, Gumball and Darwin must do his chores for him.
30. The Bus
Rocky convinces the kids that they do not have to go to school. However, unbeknownst to the kids, some adults are trying to teach them about skipping school.
31. The Night
The Moon examines dreams and nightmares of Elmore residents.
32. The Misunderstandings
On his way to a date with Penny, Gumball finds himself dealing with people at their most oblivious.
33. The Roots
The family tries to make Darwin connect with his fish roots.
34. The Blame
After Felicity bans video games in Elmore, Gumball and his friends try to have books banned instead.
35. The Slap
Tobias offends Gumball when he doesn't slap him on the butt.
36. The Detective
When Daisy goes missing, Anais suspects Gumball and Darwin.
37. The Fury
A strange figure arrives and insults Nicole, but the kids are surprised when Nicole doesn't fight back.
38. The Compilation
Odd internet clips are recalled by the people of Elmore.
39. The Scam
Gumball scares the school into thinking a monster named Gargaroth is haunting the place, then recruits Carrie and Darwin (who has a crush on Carrie) as ghost exterminators in order to scam everyone in Elmore of their candy.
40. The Disaster
Rob gets new powers through a remote control and tries to destroy Gumball's world.
