1. Episode 1
In this month's programme, the team are at the River Tay for the Premier Canoe Slalom, where Olympic gold medallist, Tim Baillie, provides expert analysis of the action.
2. Episode 2
In this month's programme, the team are at the spiritual home of Scottish mountain biking, Fort William, for the 2014 World Cup.
3. Episode 3
The Adventure Show is in Torridon for the Celtman Extreme Scottish Triathlon. Elsewhere, two athletes attempt to run up Scotland's ten highest mountains in a day.
4. Episode 4
The Adventure Show joins over 700 competitors for a 50-mile coast-to-coast race and Deziree Wilson explores one of the Shetland's most important nature reserves.
5. Episode 5
The Adventure Show follows cyclists as they take part in Audax, a long-distance cycling event where entrants compete against the clock rather than each other.
6. The Western Way, Part 1 - Mull of Galloway to Islay
Cameron McNeish celebrates the best of Scotland by walking from the south-west tip at the Mull of Galloway to the busy ferry port of Oban.
7. The Western Way, Part 2 - Jura to Oban
Cameron McNeish walks the final part of his 250-mile route from the most southerly point of Scotland, the Mull of Galloway, to the west coast town of Oban.
8. Episode 8
In this month's Adventure Show, the team are at Strathpuffer 24, one of the world's toughest mountain bike races, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary.
9. Episode 9
This month's Adventure Show features the Pentland Skyline Hill Race, where runners face a course that is 16 miles long and with almost 2000 metres of ascent.
