1. Mountain Bike World Cup
Including a review of the Mountain Bike World Cup: can world champion Steve Peat repeat his success? Plus Scotland's well-known walker Cameron McNeish takes to the hills.
2. Skye Mor
Head to the Isle of Skye for 95 miles of road biking. With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and spectacular mountain scenery on the other, 170 riders have signed up.
3. Durty Triathlon
Featuring a look at the British Off Road Triathlon Championships and a meeting with a group of youngsters preparing for their Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
4. Ben Nevis Race
The programme heads west to Fort William for the Ben Nevis race, often described as the world's toughest. Cameron McNeish takes viewers on an excursion into the hills.
5. Canoe Slalom
Taking to the rapids of the River Tay for the Grandtully Premier. Over 100 top-class paddlers test their skill in Scotland's major canoe slalom event.
6. World Youth Climbing
A look at the World Youth Climbing Championships, the first time this event has been held in Scotland. Over 300 competitors from 75 countries have come together.
7. Strathpuffer 24
In the middle of winter, with 17 hours of darkness, 500 competitors head north of Inverness for one of the world's toughest mountain bike races - the Strathpuffer 24-hour marathon.
8. The Ultimate Marathon Man
Andrew Murray from Edinburgh is a doctor who in 2010 planned to run an ultra-marathon every day, from the tip of Scotland to the Sahara desert in Morocco.
9. Carnethy 5
It's fast, it's furious and it's brutal - the Carnethy 5 started over 40 years ago and is the first hill race of the season. The weather varies from brilliant sunshine to deep snow.
