That Peter Kay Thing Specials

Set in a service station just outside Bolton, made for Channel Four's Comedy Lab. The episode charts a day in the life of troublesome manager Pearl Hardman, miserable teenage employee Matthew Kelly, and the other employees, and the panic that ensues when they discover that Bob Carolgees may be stopping at the station. The episode was filmed on location at Bolton West Services northbound.

Peter Kay returns with three hours of programming dedicated to the man who brought us hit comedy shows like That Peter Kay Thing, Phoenix Nights and Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere. He's created a brand new character to oversee proceedings and the night kicks off with Peter Kay's Top 43 Greatest Comedy Moments. This collection of comedy highlights features classic clips, unseen out-takes and rare archive footage. There's also a look back on Peter's work with Comic Relief, including hit number 1 singles Amarillo and The Proclaimers' I'm Gonna Be, plus a very special duet with Susan Boyle.
