Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Season 3

The Triceratons have invaded looking for the Fugitoid. Unfortunately, no one on Earth knows what the heck the big horn heads are talking about.

Having managed to rescue Casey and April from becoming slaves, the turtles have lost Donatello to the Triceratons. Donatello tries desperately to convince Prime Leader Zanramon that the Fugitoid is not on Earth!

Searching for the captive Donatello, Leonardo, Raphael and Michelangelo sneak their way into Republic Central, the hub of the Triceraton Homeworld.

Just when the turtles think everything's under control with the Triceratons leaving fully convinced the Fugitoid is not on planet Earth, the Fugitoid shows up!

Just when our four turtles thought they had fooled the Triceratons and disguised the Fugitoid, they find themselves captives of the Military.

At the secret Federation/military base, the turtles are about to be dissected by Agent Bishop, a very bad resident of planet Earth. Luckily, our odd trio of commandos (Splinter, April and Casey) are moving in for the rescue.

Welcome to the New World...same as the Old World. While the Turtles attempt to assess the damage around their lair, they find that adjusting to their post alien invasion lives might be harder than they thought.

For a two ton reptile, Leatherhead actually makes the ideal houseguest; neat, tidy, always pays his rent on time... except for the fact that his temper is really out of control.

Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael come across a band of crazed, heavily armed, alien-hating Survivalists, bent upon delivering and detonating a thermo nuclear device in New York City.

When Michelangelo and Leonardo are out getting a little night air, they cross paths with a caped crusader who ends up saving their lives. The Turtles soon learn that he's really a cop who is out to get the one man who ruined his career.

April asks the Turtles to help perfect her ninjitsu skills. But the Turtles are reluctant to do so and recount a story about how they once tried to take a "student" under their wing. They just weren't prepared to be teachers.

Christmas is supposed to be a time of giving, not taking! But when a dangerous gang of thieves hijack a truck full of holiday toys on it's way to an orphanage, it's time for Michelanglo to start passing out some season's beatings!

The "savior" of New York City, Oroku Saki, has another face: the Shredder. The turtles stumble upon the Shredder's real reason for "helping" New York.

When Angel's brother disappears in the Wall Street area, the turtles jump to help her. Turns out that, as a result of all the destruction from the invasion, an ancient horror has been stirred.

The Shredder sends Stockman and Hun on a quest to retrieve an Antigravity Generator from the city of Beijing, which is still floating in the upper atmosphere, thanks to the Triceratons.

The Entity and his kind are awakened through a rare planetary alignment, and, harnessing great power, they proceed to start shifting the tectonic plates in order to bring back their world.

The turtles get sucked into a time traveling adventure by the somewhat vapid but totally cute Renet, Apprentice Timestress.

Hun's always been loyal, but too many failures have tarnished his relationship with his master. But when Karai is captured by Bishop, the Shredder gives Hun a mission in which he can redeem himself: save Karai and bring her back alive.

Ultimate Drako is back and he's causing all sorts of chaos with the Time Scepter. He's sent the four turtles spinning through time into alternate realities.

Because of Ultimate Drako's machinations, Raphael finds himself in an alternate reality... of the Planet Racers. This is right down Raphael's alley... until that alley turns into a dead end and he's heading right for it!

Ultimate Drako's time manipulations have sent Donatello to an alternate reality... and it's not pretty. It's one possible future, a horrible nightmare. The Shredder is all powerful.

Ultimate Drako is causing trouble with the Time Scepter. He blasts Leonardo into another dimension... Usagi Yojimbo's dimension.

Leonardo and Usagi arrive in the Battle Nexus hoping for a way to reunite the four turtles and their master. But they find the Battle Nexus under the control of the evil Ultimate Drako and Master Splinter is his prisoner.

Bishop is back and making his move. His research demands a mutated specimen closer to human... a rat: Master Splinter. Bishop kidnaps Splinter and moves to finish the creation of his genetically enhanced super soldiers.

Splinter receives a vision of his Master Yoshi...and a mission. He must stop the Shredder. Time is running out. He doesn't know how to explain it to his sons, but they need no explanation. They're with their father to the bitter end.

The Shredder is leaving Earth in a spaceship of his own construction intent upon wreaking havoc on the Utroms and the galaxy. But he's taken on some unwanted passengers and they're not about to let the Shredder get away.
