Jenelle ends up getting back together with Kieffer. Chelsea reveals her pregnancy scare to her mom. Kailyn attempts to revisie her custody agreement for the second time. Jeremy and Corey have a talk about Jeremy's intentions with Leah.

Leah chooses who she truly wants to be with. Kailyn and Javi's relationship gets stronger when the two take a big step. Jenelle and Kieffer go back to their old ways.

As Kieffer ends up becoming the same bad influence, Jenelle tries to stay responsible. Leah starts to prepare for her upcoming wedding. Chelsea receives the news about Adam's new girlfriend. Kailyn is left rethinking her actions after she has a violent outburst toward Javi.

A domestic violence incident between Gary and Jenelle sends them both to jail. Kailyn and Javi contemplate getting married in Las Vegas. Leah and Jeremy start their married life together by purchasing a new home.
