Season 1 Plot
Hong Na Ri is a proud flight attendant who suffers a series of misfortunes after her mother passes away and then she discovers that her longtime fiancee, Jo Dong Jin, is cheating on her with fellow flight attendant Do Yeo Ju. To get her mind off her troubles, Na Ri returns to her mother’s home, only to find a handsome young man, Go Nan Gil, living in Na Ri’s mother’s house and running her mother’s dumpling restaurant. Incredulously, Nan Gil tells Na Ri that he is her father, having married Na Ri’s mother before she passed away! Meanwhile, Kwon Duk Bong is a wealthy businessman who wants to help Na Ri reclaim her mother’s property so that he can develop the land. Can he help Na Ri prove that Nan Gil is a lying swindler?

1. Nothing in Life is Predictable
Na Ri, a capable cabin attendant, is actually clumsy. Her mom passes away when her boyfriend proposes to her.
2. The Stepfather
Nan Gil shamelessly tells Na Ri that he is now her stepfather, and Na Ri gets hugely shocked.
3. The Legendary Go Nan Gil
Na Ri searches the house in her hometown while Nan Gil is out. Duk Bong tells Na Ri to cancel the marriage.
4. I Think I Know Who He is
Na Ri is locked up in the storage and finds something that tells her about Nan Gil's past.
5. Thank You
Na Ri starts to visit and ask neighbors questions to trace the past of Nan Gil and her mother.
6. Do You Still Like Me?
Na Ri learns how dangerous Nan Gil's situation is and remembers her childhood memory with him.
7. First Date
The detectives barge into the house and arrest Nan Gil. Duk Bong confesses his feelings to Na Ri.
8. Never Be Sick
Na Ri receives a painting that Jung Im gave to Dong Jin before the accident. Nan Gil and Na Ri go on a date.
9. Your Father is Dead
Nan Gil visits Jung Nam at Da Da Finance to check if Sung Kyu is alive. Yeo Ju runs into Duk Bong.
10. This Trip is the Beginning
Jung Nam claims that Sung Kyu is dead, so Nan Gil decides to go on a TV show to find Sung Kyu.
11. He is My Stepfather
Na Ri testifies at the trial even after she learns about Nan Gil's past. Nan Gil falls ill.
12. Na Ri's Father
Jung Nam tells Na Ri that Nan Gil killed Sung Kyu, so Na Ri asks Byung Woo what really happened.
13. Like Normal Couples
Na Ri reunites with Sung Kyu, whom she believed to be dead for 20 years. Wan Sik betrays Byung Woo.
14. Truth About Her Father
Wan Sik tries to make a deal with Byung Woo. Duk Bong tells Na Ri that he will give up on the resort project.
15. Start a New Life
Sung Kyu claims ownership of Hong Dumplings and the land. Duk Bong hears a shocking story from Sung Kyu.
16. Will You Marry Me?
Nan Gil expresses his feelings to Na Ri. Chairman Kwon apologizes for his wrongdoing to the public.
