LIVE: Summer on the Farm Series 2

Helen Skelton presents a week of high-spirited live action from the Nicholson family farm in South Yorkshire. This summer they're joined by the new but familiar face of Martin Hughes-Games.

Local farming heroes Rob and Dave Nicholson, together with the team, check in on their favourite animals and attempt to bring the great British countryside into living rooms around the country.

Some of the team from The Yorkshire Vet join the show, while JB Gill is out and about meeting local heroes across the UK, including roof thatchers in Norfolk and cheese-makers in Tottenham.

A tasting session of some delicious food and drink from around the UK, while Cannon Hall Farm chef Tim cooks up a storm with some incredible recipes to make this summer.

Helen Skelton and Martin Hughes-Games get the country to take part in challenges that will make people fall in love with their local natural wonders, from star-gazing to saving the beautiful rivers.
