Series 9 Episodes
1. Launch Show
It's time for BBC One to slip on its dancing shoes once again, as Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly bring back the sparkle to Saturday nights. In this special red carpet launch show, 14 brand new stars discover who their professional partners will be for the rest of the competition, plus they all take to the dance floor for the very first time. There's also a very special performance from the Queen of Country herself, Dolly Parton. Let ballroom battle commence.
2. Week 1 - Show 1
Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly present the first part of a two-night Strictly spectacular. Holly Valance, Anita Dobson, Audley Harrison, Dan Lobb, Lulu, Robbie Savage and Russell Grant take to the floor with their professional partners to perform either a waltz or a cha cha cha. There are no phone votes, and no-one will be leaving the competition, but the couples are under pressure to impress the judges, who will still be scoring.
3. Week 1 - Show 2
Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly present the second part of a Strictly weekend special as Chelsee Healey, Edwina Currie, Harry Judd, Alex Jones, Jason Donovan, Nancy Dell'Olio and Rory Bremner all attempt to wow the judges with their professional partners. Each couple will perform either a cha cha cha or a waltz. There are no phone votes and no-one will be leaving the competition, but the couples are still under pressure to impress Craig, Len, Alesha and Bruno, who will be scoring. All scores roll over to the second week, when one couple will leave the competition.
4. Week 2
Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly host a live dance extravaganza as all 14 couples hit the floor to try and impress with either a fanciful foxtrot or a sizzling salsa. Voting lines will open for the first time after the last couple has danced. Viewers' votes will then be added to the judges' scores from last week and this week. The lowest overall scoring couple will be eliminated in the results show. With nobody wanting to be the first to leave, the pressure really is on.
5. Week 2 Results
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman host the first results show of the series. After the judges' scores have been combined with the viewer votes, the 14 couples find out who will be back to dance another week, and who will be the first to leave the competition. Plus, the professional dancers come together for a spectacular routine, and Will Young performs his brand new single.
6. Week 3
It's Broadway week on Strictly Come Dancing! Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly invite you to settle in to your front row seat as the remaining 13 couples take to the stage with a musical-themed routine. Who will get top billing, and who will be taking their last curtain call? Voting lines open at the end of the show, and another couple will leave in Sunday's results show. Plus, all 13 celebrities and their professional partners take part in a spectacular Broadway-style opening number which you won't want to miss.
7. Week 3 Results
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman welcome you to what looks like being another exciting results show. Thirteen become twelve, as once the judges' scores have been combined with viewer votes the lowest scoring couple will sadly have to leave the competition. Plus our professional dancers treat you to a very special West Side Story dance mash-up, and the stars of the brand new 2011 film version of Footloose cut loose on the dance floor with an exclusive performance just for us.
8. Week 4
Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly present another exciting ballroom bonanza as the competition really starts to heat up. The 12 remaining couples will be trying to score highly with the judges, as well as viewers at home, to ensure that they get to dance for another week. Voting lines will open at the end of the show, and another couple will leave in Sunday's results show.
9. Week 4 Results
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman throw open the doors to another action-packed results show. Once viewers' votes have been added to the judges' scores, the couple at the bottom of the leaderboard will have to leave the competition, and no-one wants it to be them. The professional dancers perform a spectacular group routine, and Vincent and Flavia tear up the dance floor with an unmissable Argentine tango.

Following the elimination of Nancy Dell'Olio last week, the 10 remaining couples don their dancing shoes once more, aiming to light up the dancefloor with a few fireworks for Bonfire Night. As ever, they are hoping to impress both viewers at home and the judges in the studio, who for one week only include Dirty Dancing actress and Dancing with the Stars champion Jennifer Grey, sitting in for Len Goodman. Presented by Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly.
13. Week 6 Results
Westlife perform Flying Without Wings, and Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey joins the panel once more as Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman reveal which of the 10 couples will be leaving the competition, the result determined by a combination of viewer votes and judges' scores.
14. Week 7
Following the elimination of Lulu last week, Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly introduce the nine remaining couples, who take to the floor with ballroom or Latin routines in the hope of making it through to next week's Wembley spectacular. Judges Len Goodman, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Alesha Dixon give their verdicts on the performances, before the voting lines open for viewers at home.
15. Week 7 Results
Renowned violinist Andre Rieu performs, and Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman reveal which couple will miss out on next week's show at Wembley Arena as the combined viewer votes and judges' scores are announced. The professional dancers also take to the floor with a swinging jitterbug from the 1940s.
16. Week 8
Following Audley Harrison's elimination, Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly host this week's show live from Wembley Arena, where the eight remaining couples perform in front of 6,000 fans on Strictly's biggest-ever dance floor, opening with a routine to the music of Queen. Judges Len Goodman, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Alesha Dixon will be on hand to assess the performances, before the voting lines open for viewers at home. All ticket proceeds from the event go to Children in Need.
17. Week 8 Results
Singers Jessie J and James Morrison perform a duet, and Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman reveal which couple will be leaving the competition as the combined viewer votes and judges' scores are announced. All the dancers pay homage to the Fab Four in a Beatles-inspired routine, and the Len's Lens feature reveals the best moments from last night's Wembley extravaganza.
18. Week 9
Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly host another action-packed Strictly Come Dancing. The competition heats up as the seven remaining couples each have to perform twice. Firstly, they must try and impress the judges with either a ballroom or latin routine, and then all the couples will hit the dancefloor at the same time to compete in the swing-a-thon. Voting lines will open at the end of the show. Once judges' scores have been added to viewer votes, the lowest scoring couple will sadly have to leave the competition in Sunday's results show.
19. Week 9 Results
Join Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman for another exciting results show. Seven become six as the couple with the lowest combined score from the judges' scores and viewer votes will be the next to leave the competition. Cee Lo Green is in the studio, performing his brand new single Anyway exclusively for Strictly Come Dancing. Plus the professional dancers set the dancefloor alight with two spectacular routines.

Who will make the final five, as the couple with the lowest combined score from the judges and fewest viewer votes leaves the competition? The professional dancers revisit the days of the silent movie with a very special routine.

Join Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman for another nail-biting results show. Which three couples will make the final in Blackpool? The two couples with the lowest combined score from the judges' scores and viewer votes will both have to leave the competition in this episode.
24. Grand Final
The Strictly Come Dancing Grand Final 2011 begins, as Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly throw open the doors to the world-famous Tower Ballroom in Blackpool for the first of two spectacular live shows. The three remaining couples each perform two routines, one of which is their no-holds-barred show dance. The judges will score for guidance only, as it is the viewer vote that will decide who will take home the prized glitterball trophy in the results show.
25. Grand Final Results
Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly present the exciting live final from Blackpool's Tower Ballroom. This is the last chance for the couples to impress, as the viewer votes decide who is crowned the Strictly Come Dancing champion 2011, with the glitterball trophy up for grabs. As well as a performance from the brilliant Jessie J, all the couples from the cast of Strictly 2011 also take part in a very special group number.
26. Christmas Special 2011
Former world featherweight boxing champion Barry McGuigan Quickstepping with Erin Boag, comedienne Debra Stephenson and professional dancer Ian Waite will perform an American Smooth, Blue’s Simon Webbe and his professional partner Katya Virshilas are dancing a Cha Cha Cha, Hi-De-Hi legend Su Pollard will Foxtrott around the dancefloor with Anton Du Beke, and completing the famous five will be EastEnders’ prime villainess Janine Butcher, actress Charlie Brooks, who will dance a festive jive with Vincent Simone.
