Story of My Family!!! Season 1

When washed-up pro wrestler Juichi learns that his father is in critical condition, he rushes to the hospital, where he has an awkward family reunion.

Jusaburo declares that Juichi will succeed him as head of the Miyama school, angering his disciples. Yosuke informs his siblings of his discovery.

After learning of Jusaburo’s fall, Juichi hurries to the hospital but is unable to say why he wasn’t with him. Later, Jusaburo composes a bucket list.

A concerned Juichi asks Jugemu about a curious entry on his father’s bucket list. Hideo and Daisu begin practicing together for a Noh performance.

Jugemu suddenly adopts a rebellious attitude. While Sakura has a realization about Super Zeami Machine's identity, Juichi proposes a family vacation.

Juichi and his family continue on their trip, but Jusaburo insists on making detours to apologize to all the women he once pledged his love to.

Juichi for a response to her confession. Later, Juichi angers Yuka during a meeting with their lawyers about custody of Hideo.

Jusaburo tells his family that he will prepare for his death and leave his savings to Sakura, who flatly declines. Juichi injures his Achilles tendon.

After Jugemu returns to the Miyama house, Juichi takes him to see their father at the nursing home. Sakura feels that Juichi has no time for her.

Jusaburo takes to the stage after a three-year absence to perform in the New Year Noh recital, where he is forced to face a heartbreaking truth.
