Snack Scratches Season 1

Yumi Nakata is a customer service representative at a call centre. After a stressful day dealing with a difficult customer and an evening spoiled by her thoughtless boyfriend, Yumi stumbles upon a bar named Snack Kizutsuki. The small bar is run by Ms. Toko who doesn't serve alcoholic drinks but offers home cooked meals and a place for her customers to unburden their hearts.

Yoshimi Adachi is a submissive supermarket worker who is unable to assert herself. Fed up with being taken advantage of by her pushy co-worker and feeling unnoticed by everyone she comes into contact with, Ms. Adachi discovers Snack Kizutsuki where Toko lifts her spirits.

Satoshi Soto is a mild mannered salesman for an advertising a promotions agency. Overlooked by his peers and disrespected by his juniors, Soto is middle-aged, unmarried, childless and stuck in a rut. After a late night visit to a convenience store he discovers Snack Kizutsuki where Toko lifts his spirits with coffee and song.

Jun Takii is a graphic designer at a salesman at an advertising a promotions agency. He acts distantly towards his co-workers and girlfriend. An unexpected mishap on his part causes him to go to Snack Kizutsuki, and once there Ms. Toko helps Takii to unburden himself which reveals the cause of his inner pain.
