1. Episode 1
We’re time traveling on Retro Tennessee Crossroads. First, we’ll go back to the early ‘90s and join the garbage gals for a day on the job. Then, we’ll meet a woman who was known as Memphis’s rock ‘n’ roll granny. We’ll take a ride on the Tennessee Valley Railroad. And finally, we’ll explore the mystery of the Melungeons of Hancock County.
2. Episode 2
We continue time traveling on Retro Tennessee Crossroads. On our journey, you’ll meet a Memphis barber who cuts hair with fire instead of scissors. Then we'll travel to a town known for its white squirrels. We’ll see a slew of Howdy Doody memorabilia. And finally, then-10-year-old Cody Kilby will show us his impressive banjo skills.
3. Episode 3
This time on Retro Tennessee Crossroads, we’re going to the circus in 1987. Then we’ll visit a town called Nameless. We’ll witness a survival championship game. And finally, we’ll cover some sweet memories of sorghum making in Benton County.
4. Episode 4
In this episode of Retro Tennessee Crossroads, we're going back to 1988 to meet the man behind the Peabody Ducks. Susan Allen meets a Franklin man who rides for law and order. Joe Elmore takes us to Mason, home of a world-famous southern delicacy. And finally, Al Voecks introduces us to Nashville Pipes and Drums, Middle Tennessee's premiere bagpipe band since 1984.
5. Episode 5
In this episode of Retro Tennessee Crossroads, we'll first head to 1992 to the state’s smallest schoolhouse, near Livingston. Jana Stanfield meets a guy rejuvenating jukeboxes. Tim O’Brien goes to a place where dancers bop ‘til they drop listening to the music of the ‘50s and ‘60s. And Susan Allen takes us to Thompson Station to learn about a national treasure of Peru, Peruvian Paso horses.
6. Episode 6
This time on Retro Tennessee Crossroads, we’ll see Jerry Thompson go home to Springfield for the annual tobacco auction in 1993. Joe will take you behind the scenes of talk radio stations in 1991. In 1992, Jana Stanfield meets a guy who rehabilitates cars with classic appeal. And Al Voecks reminds us of a holiday tradition from 1953 to 1968 in Nashville: the nativity scene in Centennial Park.
7. Episode 7
In this episode of Retro Tennessee Crossroads, we're going back to 1991 to visit Elliston Place, one of Nashville's most interesting streets. Al Voecks takes us to Shelbyville to meet a vet and his flock of racing pigeons. Jana Stanfield meets a Nashville man who repairs telephones from the good old party line days. And finally, we'll go to a place called Holly Berry Inn in Tullahoma.
8. Episode 8
In this episode of Retro Tennessee Crossroads, we're heading back to 1992. We find out why an off-season visit to Pigeon Forge might be an ideal weekend getaway. Al Voecks visits a place with delectable Valentine's Day gifts. Joe takes you behind the scenes of Cracker Barrel in Lebanon. And Jana Stanfield dines at a place where barbecue lovers go out of their way for a feast.

We're time traveling on this episode of Retro Tennessee Crossroads. We'll go to Beach Grove to meet folk artist and practical joker Homer Green. Al Voecks finds a Clarksville man and his talented birds of prey. We’ll take you up to Cosby, Tennessee, where folks celebrate a mountain plant called a ramp. And Jana Stanfield discovers a Kingston Springs artist who captures signs of olden times.
10. Episode 10
We have a full time travel lineup! Jerry Thompson pays a visit to the Cumberland General Store, a place where the new merchandise is right out of the past. Joe takes you to Clermont, Ky., to meet the grandson of Jim Beam. Jana Stanfield shares the fascinating story of the Houston Museum in Chattanooga. And finally, Al Voecks goes to Leiper's Fork to meet a craftsman who makes classic canoes.
11. Episode 11
We're headed to East Nashville in 1993. That's where Al Voecks witnesses a dream come true in 24 hours. Joe Elmore takes you to Red Boiling Springs, home of the famous healing waters and folk medicine heroes. Janet Tyson meets up with a maker of wooden horses over in Cornersville. And finally, Al Voecks is home on the range in Dickson County at a llama ranch.
12. Episode 12
This time on Retro Tennessee Crossroads, our first stop is Old Hickory Boulevard in 1989. There and then we'll find a festive spirit, bluegrass lovers and a toe-tappin’ good time. Al Voecks meets up with an all-tuba ensemble over in Cookeville. We lift off for a breathtaking view of Middle Tennessee in a hot-air ballooning and finally pay a visit to a real working gristmill.
