Andre and Renata are a seemingly idyllic couple being torn apart by jealousy. They hire Carlo to help them navigate their marriage and determine if Andre is unfaithful or if it's just Renata's imagination.

A shocking truth is revealed that brings Renata's sanity into question. Carlo and Maria Clara explore the fine line between jealousy and madness while testifying at Renata's murder trial.

Claudia suffers from Persecutory Delusional Disorder and believes events around her are being directly caused by her own actions, but Carlo hopes to convince her that the world isn't out to get her.

Carlo and Maria Clara decide to run tests on Claudia's husband and children to determine if her emotional agnosia may be hereditary.

Rudel is a man of logic and reason but is convinced he has a sickness that cannot be diagnosed. He seeks Carlo's help to understand what's wrong with him and prove he's not going crazy.

Carlo suggests a trip to Rudel's hometown to explore his past with his father and to hopefully uncover the truth behind his mysterious illness.

Jorge thinks he is the star of his own reality show and everyone in his life is either an actor or part of the camera crew, including Carlo.

Jorge goes to extreme lengths to run away from the camera crew he believes is following his every move while Carlo tries desperately to prevent him from slipping further into his delusion.

Malu receives a letter from the commune where she was raised, compelling her to return to confront her past.

Malu reunites with her family after years of exile. Carlo tries to show Malu's father and his congregation the error of their ways.
