Pørni works for the Child Protection Agency, which does not always make her popular. There is also a lot going on at home. She tries not to let her daughters see that their father is uninterested.

At work, Pørni encounters all sorts of children in sad situations, but things are not always going well for her own children either. Pørni's love life is not going as she had hoped either.

Joakim can finally go to his new foster parents; Pørni decides to go on a blind date, which makes for an interesting evening; during a handball match, Leo goes over the edge.

Pørni has a meeting with Bjørnar's ex-girlfriend; the Nordberg Choir is busy rehearsing for the spring concert; Torill knows how to touch a nerve.

Pørni has been reported to child protection, which does not sit well with her; Sigrid says she needs money for a new telephone, but it turns out there is more to it than that.

Pørni accidentally sends Bjornar the wrong text message, after which he declares his love for her; Pørni has to take over a solo at the spring concert; Leo has his confirmation.
