Season 2 Episodes
1. Manchester
Phil is in desirable Didsbury, where Marty and Ceris are selling their four bed semi-detached. Meanwhile on the other side of the city, Kristian and Lori's semi is only half finished. With their busy family lives and a flooded property market, will Phil be able to make them complete the work so he can get them a sale?
2. Leeds
Phil travels to Leeds on a secret mission to get offers on houses that haven't been selling. Tim's three-bed semi should have been snapped up, while Caroline's bungalow needs an update. In the coveted Horsforth area of the city, Tim's three-bed semi should have sold by now, but a laddish lifestyle is failing to impress potential buyers. Can he clean up his act to get his house sold? And further out in the former mill town of Yeadon, Caroline's struggling to sell a bungalow that's stuck in the past.
3. Kent
Today's mission is in commuter-belt Kent, where two properties get some secret agent assistance after being on the market almost two years between them. Like many parents in Britain, Nigel and Gina's four-bed semi has been used and abused by both parents and kids, not to mention the pets. But after he delivers some home truths, it's Phil that's in the doghouse. Over in Bromley's desirable Old Town, Phil meets hoarder Julie and tries to recover the beautiful two-bed terrace hidden underneath her stash. If she'll kick out the clutter, he'll sell her house, but will she keep her end of the bargain?
4. Shropshire and Worcestershire
Phil escapes the rat race and heads for the country, to earth mother Oriole's five-bed home in the sleepy Shropshire hills, and Annette's cottage in Worcestershire.
5. Birmingham
Phil is in Birmingham trying to sell two tricky terraces on the same street. While Vicky and Phil are struggling to clear the kiddie clutter left around the house by their two children, Phil and Martha-Ann must take on their distasteful decor which is putting buyers off. Can Phil make them see sense and turn things around in time before the buyers arrive?
6. Glasgow and Uddingston
Phil goes undercover not far from Glasgow's busy city centre. In Giffnock, he's working with Dougie, whose three-bed home has Scotland's best state school on the doorstep. And in Uddingston, he meets Pamela and Ian, whose five-bed cottage is struggling to find a buyer. One house is a 50s throwback, the other an 80s revival, and neither is what the buyers of Glasgow's swanky suburbs want in a family home.
7. Chesire and Lancashire
Phil Spencer goes undercover with two properties that are frightening off the buyers. With four children in a three bedroom semi, Adrian and Cheryl's Northwich home is bursting at the seams and they've been forced to create some strange yet ingenious sleeping arrangements. Problem is, they're putting buyers off. And in Bromley Cross, Bolton, just one look at the outside of Danny and Siobhan's two bed terrace is enough to scare any first time buyer away - never mind the mess inside.
8. Edinburgh and Largs
Phil visits two very different properties in Scotland, a three bed home in one of Edinburgh's poshest post codes, and a bungalow on the north Ayrshire coast, both of which are struggling to find a buyer.
9. Warrington
Phil visits Warrington, a bit of property dark horse where house prices are nine per cent above the regional average. But Pauline and Alan Jacks are struggling to sell their three-bed property, possibly because of the dated decor, myriad dolls, tapestries and cuddly toys. And just over a mile away, Colin Brunold had been hoping his four-bed family home would simply sell itself. But it hasn't. Can Phil change his point of view?
10. East Midlands
In Stamford in the East Midlands, Phil Spencer works with Mark and Tina Harrison, whose three-bed home is rammed to the rafters with robins, and the rest of the decoration doesn't rock Phil's world either; especially as they're trying to sell to a much younger market who won't appreciate the frills. Phil also discovers a house with stains on almost every carpet that's being pitched at family buyers with no success. It's got the size, the garden and the location, but needs a lot of work. Can Phil turn both houses around in just one week before their open house tours?
11. Shoreham and Worthing
Phil visits Shoreham-by-Sea, where Ben and Kate have lived in their Grade II listed cottage for five years. But with two boys and too many toys, they're desperate to move to a bigger house. The only trouble is that after 15 viewings there's no sign of a sale. Phil also tries to help single mum Zoe in Worthing, who's been desperately trying to sell for three months. Super-busy Zoe lives with three children, two dogs and a budgie, and she helps out in the community. With such a busy life, she's left with little time to look after the house.
12. Reigate and Haslemere
Phil faces double trouble as he helps two struggling sellers to shift their homes. In Reigate, Surrey he visits a property that looks more like a Swedish sauna than a house. And in Haslemere he assists a vendor that really should know better. Retired couple Lenny and Mary want to sell up in Reigate and return to their roots in Ireland. But Phil discovers a dated decor and a serious case of pine cladding that's holding them back. Meanwhile, estate agent Kimberley in Haslemere is struggling to sell her own home with all her clutter.
13. The Wirral and West Yorkshire
Phil goes undercover on the Wirral, on a mission to rescue Dave and Gemma's five bed semi from Dave's 'man cave'. And in Marsden in West Yorkshire he helps to bring Malcolm and Muriel's home up to date.
14. Ashurst Wood and Weybridge
Phil faces double trouble again as he helps not one but two struggling sellers to shift their homes. For the first part of his double mission he's in Ashurst Wood, helping to turn a cluttered 1950s house into an up to date 'des res' for retirees Tim and Gina. In Weybridge, Phil's taken back to a not-so-swinging 60s pad that's been inherited by brother and sister Nigel and Beverley Mort. Whilst the families are out, Phil goes in for a snoop around, and then wastes no time and pulls no punches as he sets about getting the two homes up to scratch. With limited time until Phil opens the doors to potential buyers, can Gina and Tim tackle the mammoth task that lies ahead, and will Nigel and Beverley manage to bring their home back to the future?
15. West Yorkshire
Phil visits Fixby, near Huddersfield, where Jean desperately needs help to shift her home, which has been on the market for 13 months. Jean's eccentric house layout is matched only by her eccentric tastes in décor. And in Queensbury, retired teacher Mary's country cottage has lost its country charm and has become far too expensive for her to keep.
16. Harrogate and Huddersfield
A four bed semi in Harrogate in need of some upkeep, and a cottage in Huddersfield with some decidedly dodgy and dated decor, are the latest hard-to-sell homes for Phil to tackle.
17. Billericay and Southend-on-Sea
In Billericay, in Essex, Julie is desperate to sell their out-of-control house. And in Southend, Phil meets serial mover June, whose home is overbearingly pink.
