Eight years after her husband’s disappearance, Layla lives in a poor neighborhood in Beirut where she works at a pharmacy. A dinner reveals a troubling secret.

After discovering Atef’s secret, Taljeh blackmails him. Tensions rise between Layla and Nadim, and Walid’s behaviour makes Dalia suspicious.

A horrid murder shocks the neighbourhood, and the investigation reveals strange findings. Upon discovering the truth about Atef’s job, Layla takes action.

While Hani opens up to his parents about Nour, Layla is still reeling from Tareq’s call. After a night gone wrong, Nadim ends up in the hospital.

While the investigation hits a roadblock, Nour makes a firm decision. Layla starts a new romantic relationship.

Upon the discovery of new leads, the case is reopened. While Nadim’s greed knows no bounds, Layla confronts Atef and Taljeh.

As Layla is interrogated, Nassim grows suspicious of her. Nadim tries to convince his mother to sell the house and Nour and Jad’s relationship develops.

While a phone call changes everything for Nour and Hany, an unexpected customer shows up at the pharmacy. Evidence piles up against Layla.

SEASON FINALE: Dalia discovers the truth about Walid and confronts him. As Nassim gets closer to solving the case, he receives a message from Layla.
