My Lovely Sam Soon Season 1

On Christmas Eve, Kim Samsoon enters into a hotel looking for her cheating boyfriend, Min Hyeonwoo. She’s been suspicious about his behavior, and she sees him going up to the room with a beautiful woman.

Samsoon gets a job at Hyeon Jinheon’s restaurant and a welcoming party is thrown. Everyone is having fun at the party. Samsoon approaches Jinheon dancing.

Samsoon is at a loss when Jinheon asks her to pretend to be his girlfriend in front of his mother, Mrs. Na Hyeonsook. Samsoon asks him why he chose her.

During Samsoon’s break time, a woman comes into the restaurant. Since Samsoon doesn’t like her name, she wears a name tag that reads “Kim Heejin” at work.

Samsoon takes Jinheon who is completely drunk to his apartment. Whether he realizes it or not, he doesn’t let Samsoon leave. Samsoon spends the night in his apartment.

Hyeonwoo who was Samsoon’s ex-boyfriend asks her to make a cake for his engagement party. Furious about him, Samsoon thinks about putting very spicy peppers into the cake, but soon decides not to.

Jinheon and Samsoon are at the grand opening party of the hotel that Jinheon’s family owns on Jeju Island. Hyeonwoo and Jang Chaeri are there, as well. Jinheon sees Hyeonwoo talking to Samsoon and gets furious.

Samsoon hasn’t heard from Jinheon since they came back from Jeju Island. He doesn’t come to work, which worries her. Meanwhile Jinheon lets Yoo Heejin take a medical test.

Mrs. Na who wants to separate Heejin from Jinheon decides to use Samsoon. Jinheon is surprised to see Samsoon coming to his brother’s memorial service with his mother. Jinheon claims that he broke up with Samsoon, but his mother walks away leaving Samsoon with him.

On her way out from the restaurant, Jinheon realizes that the bakery seems empty and lifeless without Samsoon. He smiles as if he’s just thought of a good idea to bring her back. He offers her an incredible raise to change her mind.

Samsoon can’t believe Jinheon and Hyeonwoo exchanging punches while fighting over her. Jinheon asks Samsoon not to leave him, but she shakes off his hand. Jinheon is shocked at the fact that Samsoon has refused him.

Jinheon confesses to Samsoon that he can’t get her out of his head. He hugs her. Samsoon bursts into tears with joy. Later, Kim Yiyoung asks Jinheon to stop confusing Samsoon.

Jinheon and Samsoon are on Jeju Island again. He asks her to extend their contract. He suggests pretending to be a couple for the next 100 years. Samsoon just laughs at him. However, when he prepares birthday soup for her, she’s impressed.

Heejin tries to keep her cool, but she’s very upset. She starts hitting Jinheon out of frustration. Jinheon just lets her hit him. He hugs her tightly and sheds tears. Meanwhile, Mrs. Na finds out that originally Jinheon paid Samsoon to pretend to be her girlfriend. Angry at him, she blames him for buying other people with his money.

Samsoon is confused when she sees Jinheon and Heejin getting out of the elevator together. Jinheon asks her not to misunderstand him, but she tells him that she still feels that three people are involved in their relationship. Samsoon goes to Heejin’s house when she hears that Heejin is sick.

Jinheon leaves for the US saying that he will be back in a week. However, it’s been three months since he left. Samsoon hasn’t heard from him since then.
