Season 1 Plot
The story about Paeng, a girl with a tragic life. After losing her father, she has to go live at Artit's house. The only way for her to be able to stay at this house is to be with him. But no one expected that her approaching Artit nearly costs him his life. He ends up hating her to the bones and she is exiled far from home for four years until the day they come across each other again. One might think that time will lessen hate, but not for Artit. Not only he still hates her, but he also hates her even more than before. But in order to keep her final promise to Artit's father, she must endure it!

Season 1 Episodes
1. A Troubled Girl
Paeng often acts up and gets into trouble due to her parents not having the time and attention for her and only shower her with materialistic gifts. Her father, Tharathep, enlists Artit to look after her while he is busy. Artit is the son of his friend, Krongprateep, who owns a farm in the country. However, Krongprateep's shareholder, Songtham, conned him and insisted that he pays off the debt by handing over the farm. Tharathep offers to help Krongprateep and lends him money.
2. A Life Turned Upside Down
Tharathep suddenly appears at the school and brings Paeng to Sunshine Farm, saying that she has to stay there for a while as he and Pimnapa deal with some problem. Paeng is not happy with the arrangement and escapes to her home in Bangkok. However, she hears a gunshot and goes to investigate. She finds a lifeless Tharathep on the floor with a gunshot to his head. Pimnapa has also died. Artit tries to cheer Paeng up by letting her plants some flowers and entrust them in her care. Rumors about Paeng marrying Artit starts going around and Tubtim tries to put a stop to it.
3. The Unbreakable Promise
Paeng goes to school and gets into a fight with Nang when the latter insults her for being an orphan. Krongprateep reveals to Tubtim that before Tharathep's death, his final request is to have Paeng engage to Artit in fear that she might end up with someone horrible in the future. Jaem and Aueng suggest to Paeng that they should go back to Bangkok but Paeng has flashbacks to Tharathep's death, resulting in a mental breakdown. Artit decides to tell Paeng that he doesn't love her. He was being kind because he feels sorry for her and that she actually loves him as a brother. But Paeng proves her love by kissing him instead.
4. The Breaking Point
Paeng gets into a fight with Nang again and as a result a big fight also breaks out between her and Tubtim. Artit starts giving Paeng the cold shoulder and is straight up cruel to her when she's in his presence. In his attempt to help Artit keep Paeng at bay, Korakot inadvertently escalates the problem when he decides to send Paeng a picture of Artit and Ling. Paeng goes to see Artit at his university in Bangkok and chaos ensues with Ling being roped in in the process.
5. The Unfortunate Accident
Paeng put laxatives into the food that Thongkhum and Duang prepared in hopes of getting them fired but ends up poisoning all the farmhands. She then runs away when being confronted and comes home feverish, so Artit begrudgingly takes her to the hospital. She later escapes back home and finds Artit drunk in his bedroom. Paeng tries to assault him but he manages to pin her down. However, Krongprateep and Tubtim come in amidst the struggle and Paeng frames Artit for trying to rape her. Artit becomes angry that Krongprateep will not believe him and drives away. On the way, he crashes his car and is rendered paraplegic. Paeng confesses to Krongprateep and he suggests that she continues her study in Bangkok instead. Six years go by and Paeng graduates from university.
6. New Life, Old Grudges
Paeng returns to Sunshine Farm to learn the ropes since Krongprateep doesn't allow her to run her own farm just yet. As Paeng expected, almost everyone at the farm still treats her with animosity. Artit is especially the most antagonistic by insulting her, making her work non-stop and starving her. Paeng decides to stay to prove that she's changed for the better and to atone for what she's done in the past.
7. The Gauntlet to Success
Artit reveals to Paeng that he's not paraplegic after all. Non comes over to help Paeng with her rose garden plans and starts to have feelings for her. Artit forbids Aod and Kaew to assist Paeng in any way. But fortunately for Paeng, Aueng came back for her. Both of them start to win the farmhands' heart when they share their food with the latter.
8. The Unspoken Past
Paeng purchases new tools to help with the farmwork and to save time and labor, but Artit disapproves. Artit then demands that she hands in her ATM and credit cards and Paeng is determined to prove him wrong that she only solves problem with money. On the death anniversary of Tharathep and Pimnapa, Paeng goes to make merits with Aueng and Artit on behalf of Krongprateep. While feeding the fish, a firecracker goes off and Paeng immediately faints after having flashbacks. Artit starts to become interested in what actually happened in Paeng's past.
9. Old Flames Die Hard
Artit still bullies Paeng at every chance he gets, but now for his own amusement than pure malice like before. Paeng, Aueng, Artit, Saeb and the guys go on an outing at a restaurant. The men get completely drunk so Paeng has to be the driver. As Paeng tries to carry a drunk Artit home, he pulls her in for a kiss and Tubtim sees it. Tubtim tries to convince Ling to marry Artit but she denies it. Tubtim then turns to Nang for help. Nang ropes Korakot into helping her disguise as a ghost to drive Paeng away but Paeng kicks her in the face out of fright. Nang ends up trashing Pang's place instead.
10. Complications
Artit starts to warm up to Paeng and expresses care for her more, but he tries to conceal it by bullying her. Non asks Paeng to help him find out Ling's true feelings towards him. While Ling is seemingly passive, Artit is very annoyed with this arrangement. Chaos ensues when Non invites Paeng to come along the trio's annual charity trip up north.
11. Who Killed You?
Non confesses all his feelings to Ling and she finally agrees to be his girlfriend. Nang follows Paeng to the North and tries to hurt her but Mark, the stranger who Paeng met at the camp, saves her. One night, Paeng and Aueng join an ouija board circle that Pong is hosting in the kitchen. Paeng tries to find out who murdered her parents but Artit interrupts before she can do so. Artit questions Krongprateep about the possible murder but the latter is unwilling to say anything.
12. The Stranger
Mark visits Paeng at her rose garden and tries to get to know her more. He reveals that he's also an orphan since he was a child and was abused by a relative. Artit doesn't trust him at all and tries to get in the way. Meanwhile, Tubtim starts to worry about Artit's growing care towards Paeng and decides to put her foot down. She forbids them to be in each other's presence and orders Artit to take Nang out to a meal, which he reluctantly follows.
13. A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
A conflict breaks out between Sunshine Farm and the nearby mining company. Thongkhum fainted and Paeng took her to the hospital. This starts to change Artit's opinion about Paeng. It is revealed that Mark was the person that Pimnapa had an affair with. He also stages various scenes to paint himself in a heroic light to win Paeng over, which also includes attempting to kidnap her.
14. Reignited Love
Artit's treatment of Paeng has changed so much to everyone's surprise. Mark faked his injury and told Paeng that he was also shot in the scuffle but Artit does not believe him. Artit took Paeng to a house in another province so that he can rest and to spend time alone with her. Romantic feelings start to develop between the two.
15. Leaving the Past Behind
Artit gets into another argument with Paeng so he consults Ling about how to make up with her. He then took Paeng to visit Jaem which brightens her mood instantly. During their time there, Artit confesses his feelings towards Paeng but she feels unsure if she'll be able to love him again. He also helps her overcome her fear of sounds that are similar to gunshots and subsequently, her past.
16. The Culprit or The Victim?
Paeng feels that she is repressing her dark memories and wants to confront them so she decides to reopen Pimnapa's murder case. Krongprateep reveals the entirety of Paeng's past to Artit. It turns out that the evidence points to Tharathap being the one who murdered Pimanapa.
17. All is Forgiven
Paeng and Artit goes to talk to the witness who testifies against Tharathep but she is extremely unwilling to cooperate. She goes to Mark's condo the next day to find evidence and discovers that he was the one Pimnapa was having an affair with and killed her when she tried to break up. Paeng gets into a struggle with Mark and nearly kills him but Artit gets there in time to stop her. Krongprateep tells Tubtim the whole truth and she decides to forgive Paeng. But she still ask her to leave Artit alone since she feels that he is not safe when Paeng is around.
18. Let the Law Take Its Course
Paeng appears in court to testify against Mark. While Mark provides false statements and seemingly gains the upper hand, he is later arrested for the murder of Pimnapa and also his aunt who raised him. Paeng decides that she will leave Sunshine Farm once she's finished her work.
19. Love Conquers All
Nang travels to Bangkok to convince Paeng to return but she reveals that Tubtim has already asked her since she cannot stand seeing Artit being sad. Despite Saeb's mishap and the unexpected rain, Paeng and Artit get married and they are determined to be with each other and face whatever life has in store for them.
