Mr Bloom's fete has come to the West Midlands! Margaret and Joan are playing at jungle explorers so the Tiddlers use lots of newspaper to make a forest for them to play in. Colin and Mr Bloom visit an enormous greenhouse - a perfect place for peppers to grow.
