He goes to Paris where he reunites with his former dance partner and hooks up with a woman who leads a Bohemian group of starving American actors. The story concerns the type of antics that can happen in Paris in the springtime. Musical adaptation of Elmer Rice's short-lived (8 performances) 1951 play ""The Grand Tour."" The story involves a New England schoolteacher who falls in love with an embezzling banker during a trip to Europe. In the end she uses her inheritance to cover his crime and returns him to his wife.
