1. Auditions, Part 1
Season Premiere. With the culinary bar set high in 2014, the heat will be on as MasterChef Australia returns for 2015. Home cooks from around the country begin the battle for the title of Australia's next MasterChef.
2. Auditions, Part 2
In their first challenge, the contestants have 75 minutes to make a savoury dish in order to secure themselves a spot in the Top 24. Which contestants will claim the last remaining aprons?
3. Top 24 Mystery Box
The Top 24 contestants enter the MasterChef Australia kitchen for their first mystery box challenge.
4. Team Challenge: Massimo Bottura
The contestants must break into three teams and battle it out in the first team challenge.
5. Elimination Challenge: Fish
In today's very fishy challenge, the eight contestants from the losing team in yesterday's task must face off to stay in the competition.
6. Mystery Box Challenge & Invention Test: Guilty Pleasures
The mystery box is revealed as today's challenge. It is their chance to show the judges what they are made of and the winning dish will gain an advantage going into the invention test.
7. Pressure Test
The three contestants with the least impressive dishes from the previous invention test face off in the pressure test. One contestant will cook their last dish in the MasterChef Australia kitchen.
8. Immunity Challenge: Jaffle Iron
Today the three best-performing contestants in the invention test will compete for immunity. The judges reveal that each contestant must first cook a sweet or savoury dish using a jaffle iron.
9. Team Challenge: Two-Course Meal for the Army
The remaining 22 contestants must team up and cook a two-course meal, a main and a dessert, for 120 guests made up of serving Army personnel, Legacy guests and their families.
10. Elimination Challenge
The losing team from yesterday's challenge must cook-off to keep their place in the competition. The contestant with the least impressive dish will be eliminated from MasterChef Australia.
11. Mystery Box Challenge: Five Tastes
The contestants arrive at the MasterChef Australia kitchen to find Marco Pierre White there to greet them. Today's mystery box challenge is all about the five fundamental tastes in the human palate.
12. Pressure Test
The three contestants with the least impressive dish from the previous invention test face off in the pressure test. At the end of the challenge, one of these contestants will be going home.
13. Immunity Challenge
The three best performers in the invention test are vying for immunity. Marco Pierre White sets them a 30 minute challenge with unlimited pantry access.
14. Team Challenge: Relay
In today's challenge, the contestants are split into four teams, with each team cooking in a relay. All five members of the team with the least impressive dish will go into tomorrow's elimination.
15. Elimination & MasterClass 1
In tonight's elimination, contestants must prepare a single dish plated into five identical serves, one for each of the four judges and one for the cook who will have the honour of dining with the judges. Closing out the episode with Marco Pierre White is the first MasterClass of the season. The contestants are joined by our judges at the picturesque Burnham Beeches.
16. Mystery Box Challenge
In a very special episode, the Queen of the Australian kitchen, Maggie Beer returns to the MasterChef Australia kitchen as the 19 contestants face another mystery box challenge.
17. Pressure Test
The judges reveal that today's pressure test has been set by a rising star in the dessert world, guest chef Anna. The contestant with the least impressive dish will leave the competition.
18. Immunity Challenge
With guest mentor Shannon Bennett leading today's challenge, has our amateur MasterChef cook got what it takes to out-perform one of the best?
19. Off-site Challenge: Abbotsford Convent Bakery
In an off-site team challenge, the contestants will be taking over the bakery at Melbourne's iconic Abbotsford Convent.
20. Elimination Challenge
The losing team of nine cooks face off in the elimination challenge and the contestant with the least impressive dish in round three will leave the kitchen.
21. Mystery Box Challenge
The judges tell the 17 contestants to realise their food dreams. Plus, past contestants return to showcase their skills.
22. Pressure Test
The three contestants in this episodes pressure test see former season four contestant Kylie Millar enter the kitchen. Plus, we say goodbye as one contestant will cook their last dish.
23. Immunity Challenge: Callum Hann
The three best performers in the invention test are vying for immunity. The winner of round one will cook off against season two runner-up Callum Hann.
24. Off-site Challenge: Mexican Street Food
This episodes challenge is to cook Mexican street food for a huge crowd of 500 guests, with three and a half hours to prepare and ninety minutes to serve as many people as possible.
25. Elimination Challenge: Justine Schofield & MasterClass 2
The eight members of the losing team from the Mexican challenge are facing elimination. With 90 minutes on the clock and an open pantry, the contestants must re-invent a classic French dish.
26. Mystery Box Challenge
In this mystery box challenge, the contestants learn that each ingredient costs $1 or less and are given 60 minutes to create a dish using at least one ingredient.
27. Pressure Test
In a pressure test like no other, the losing team face off in one of the toughest challenges which has been set by one of the world's greatest chefs, Marcus Wareing.
28. Immunity Challenge: Nick Holloway
The contestant cooking for immunity must face off against Nick Holloway, from Nu Nu Restaurant in Palm Cove, Queensland. Has the amateur cook got what it takes to out-perform one of the best...
29. Off-site Challenge: Pizzini Wines
The contestants arrive at Pizzini Wines in north-eastern Victoria's beautiful King Valley. Divided into two teams, each is set the challenge to cook a three-course Italian feast.
30. Elimination Challenge
The losing contestants from the team challenge are cooking to stay in the competition. They enter the MasterChef Australia kitchen to find mystery boxes on their benches.
31. Mystery Box Challenge
It's power apron week on MasterChef Australia. Whoever holds the apron will have an extra advantage in the upcoming challenges. There are four chances to win and wear it across the week.
32. Pressure Test
The contestants with the three least impressive dishes from the invention test face off in the pressure test. The contestant whose dish least impresses the judges will be eliminated.
33. Immunity Challenge
In an immunity challenge with a twist, the four best performing cooks from the invention test have a chance to fight it out for guaranteed immunity and the power apron.
34. Off-site Challenge: Tokyo Tina vs. Saigon Sally
Split into two teams, the contestants will be taking over two popular Melbourne restaurants: Tokyo Tina and Saigon Sally. The losing team will go into tomorrow's elimination challenge.
35. Elimination Challenge
Power Week. The elimination challenge will take place over two rounds. Firstly, the contestants perform a blind taste test and then must create a dish using only the ingredients they have correctly named.
36. Mystery Box Challenge: Heston Blumenthal & Invention Test
Today's mystery box challenge has been set by the great Heston Blumenthal. The contestants have 60 minutes to create a dish using at least one ingredient chosen by Heston.
37. Pressure Test: Guillaume Brahimi's Jewel of the Sea
The judges reveal that the pressure test has been set by celebrated chef Guillaume Brahimi, the contestants have two and a half hours to recreate Guillaume's elaborate jewel of the sea dish.
38. Immunity Challenge
Today the three contestants who impressed in Heston Blumenthal's invention test cook for immunity. Does the amateur cook have what it takes to out-cook the professional?
39. Off-site Challenge: Afternoon Tea at The Hotel Windsor
In the team challenge, contestants are split into two teams to prepare afternoon tea for 100 guests at Melbourne's The Hotel Windsor.
40. Elimination Challenge
The five members of the losing team from yesterday's afternoon tea challenge enter the MasterChef Australia kitchen in what promises to be one of the most dramatic episodes of the season.
41. Mystery Box Challenge & Invention Test
In the invention test, the winner of the mystery box challenge will get to decide on the pantry items, the cuisine and the cook time for every contestant.
42. Pressure Test: Janice Wong's Cassis Plum
The pressure test has been set by guest chef Janice Wong from 2am Dessert Bar in Singapore.The contestants have two hours and 15 minutes to recreate her intricate dessert, the cassis plum.
43. Immunity Challenge: Batter
In a battle for immunity, the contestants have 30 minutes to create a dish that showcases batter. However, the pantry and garden are off limits, so they must work with the staple ingredients...
44. Team Challenge
The contestants will take part in a barbecue battle in the MasterChef Australia garden for the team challenge. Special guest, Andy Groneman, will be there to guide them.
45. Elimination Challenge: Rick Stein
The judges reveal that the challenge is all about fish, and who better to help guide the contestants through the cook than much-loved chef Rick Stein, the 'Codfather' himself.
46. Mystery Box Challenge
The top eight contestants will take a trip down memory lane as they discover that this week's mystery box challenge is one they have faced before.
47. Pressure Test
In what promises to be one of the toughest pressure tests yet seen in the MasterChef Australia kitchen, the bottom four contestants from the invention test must cook off to survive in the competition.
48. Immunity Challenge
In an immunity challenge like no other, the two contestants will cook off against two professional chefs in the second round. Do the home cooks have what it takes to out-cook the professionals?
49. Off-site Challenge: Circa, The Prince
In the off-site team challenge, the judges reveal the contestants will be preparing a seven-course degustation menu for 40 diners at Circa: The Prince.
50. Elimination Challenge: Time Auction
The contestants facing elimination will take part in a time auction. Each contestant begins with 100 minutes to bid for items in three categories. The more they spend the less time they have to cook.
51. Marco Pierre White Team Challenge
As promised, Marco Pierre White has returned to see how far the contestants have come and to push them to step up going into finals week.
52. Pressure Test: Cook-along
With no recipe and no clock, three contestants must cook along with Marco Pierre White. He will cook a classic dish and they must cook at the same time and the same pace.
53. Immunity Challenge
The best performing contestants from Marco Pierre White's service challenge have the chance to cook for immunity. It is the last immunity pin up for grabs before finals week.
54. Team Challenge: French Restaurants
This episodes French challenge splits the contestants into two teams and will be responsible for every aspect of the restaurant: planning the menu, creating dishes with no recipes and much more.
55. Elimination Challenge: Childhood Memories
The judges reveal that for the elimination challenge, the contestants need to draw on childhood memories as an inspiration for their dish.
56. Mystery Box Challenge
It's finals week in the kitchen, the top five contestants enter the kitchen to face the last mystery box challenge.
57. Pressure Test
The three contestants from the invention test will cook off in a pressure test, at the end of which, one more contestant will be going home.
58. No Rules Challenge
In this challenge the contestants can choose their own cuisine and whether it's sweet or savoury, however they must decide on the cooking time together.
59. Service Challenge: The Press Club
The judges reveal to the contestants that they will be running service in The Press Club, and will be cooking a four-course meal for 35 of the finest chefs and restaurateurs in the country.
60. Pressure Test
While one contestant has safely made it through to the semi-final, the remaining three are fighting it out to stay in the competition in a pressure test that will stretch them to their limits.
61. Grand Final Part 1
The stakes are high as the three remaining contestants fight it out for the two places in the finale. One contestant will cook their last dish in the MasterChef Australia kitchen.
62. Grand Final Part 2
Tune in as the winner of MasterChef Australia 2015 will be crowned. The finalists are competing for a $250,000 prize, a monthly column in Australia's leading premium food magazine 'Delicious' + more!
