Season 2 Plot
The fearless competitor continues the battle to win extraordinary food challenges across the country. This season, Webb will attempt the unthinkable by taking on edible encounters that would make most people run and hide—including a fire and ice challenge—with scorching hot popcorn measuring over 1 million Scoville units (the scale that measures a pepper's heat) and a 64-ounce frozen hot chocolate near Louisville, Kentucky. Webb also takes on a 29-inch New York-style pizza in St. Louis, that's so big he can't tackle it alone; and in Nashville, Tennessee, he goes for the signature spicy delight, "hot chicken," with tenders slathered in a concentrated hot sauce made with Carolina reapers, scorpion peppers and ghost peppers.

1. Los Angeles, CA
Casey Webb travels to sunny Los Angeles for some epic eats, including a 2.5-pound fusion burrito loaded with every ingredient in the kitchen and drenched in hot sauce 600 times hotter than a jalapeno.
2. Boston, MA
Casey travels to historic Boston, MA, for some epic New England eats and a 4.5-pound Irish breakfast challenge at Flann O'Brien's Pub.
3. Louisville, KY
Casey travels to Louisville, KY, for some epic eats, including a booze-infused Southern staple and a one-of-a-kind spicy popcorn and frozen hot chocolate challenge in nearby Santa Claus, IN.
4. St. Louis, MO
Casey Webb visits St. Louis, Missouri, in search of the biggest and best the city has to offer. He encounters a four-pound meatball and tackles a New York-style pizza so massive he'll need the help of a partner to take it down.
5. Seattle, WA
Casey attacks Seattle. The challenge is a super hot chicken wing challenge.
6. Burlington, VT
Casey travels to the small town of Burlington, VT, for some mammoth eats, including a beer-infused bagel feast and a 3.5-pound breakfast sandwich challenge.
7. Pittsburgh, PA
Casey heads to Pittsburgh for creative eats and a five-pound sandwich loaded with meat, cheese, fries and coleslaw.
8. San Diego, CA
Casey travels to San Diego to face off against a 5.5-pound stack of pancakes layered with bacon, eggs, sausage, country-fried steak and thick-cut ham.
9. Daytona Beach, FL
Casey's delicious mission brings him to Daytona Beach, FL, where he takes on a mammoth three-tier sandwich stacked with two burgers, six pieces of mahi mahi, two pieces of Texas toast and a ten-ounce bun.
10. Philadelphia, PA
Casey sails to Philadelphia to tackle the epic Classic Whale Challenge, a 13-pound bagel sandwich stuffed with cream cheese, nova salmon, whitefish, tomatoes and onions.
11. Boise, ID
Casey ventures to beautiful Boise, ID, for a sushi and soup challenge so diabolically spicy, it goes by the name of Demon's Delight.
12. Ozark Mountains
Casey travels over the Ozarks to tackle the Goliath, a massive cupcake equal to 22 regular-sized cupcakes.
13. Nashville, TN
Casey's mouthwatering mission brings him to Tennessee, where he faces his hottest challenge yet -- three jumbo chicken tenders smothered in a Carolina Reaper-infused sauce.
14. Grand Rapids, MI
Casey travels to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he takes on a five-pound tray loaded with chili dogs, French fries, beer-battered onion rings and a 20-ounce soda.
