We indulge in serenity near Wanaka at the beautiful Mahu Whenua, then visit the stunning retreats of Rahimoana and First Light in Northland. Later, we see how farming meets conservation at Bullo River Station in Australia's Northern Territory.

We discover lakeside splendour at Matakauri Lodge in Queenstown, and we see how striking design meets golf at the impressive Kinloch Manor on Lake Taupō. In Australia we visit El Questro, a sumptuous sanctuary resting on 700,000 acres.

We visit Kaikōura to take in the multitude of experiences on offer at Matai Peak Lodge, then head to the Bay of Islands for a cruise on the magnificent luxury boat Ata Rangi. In Tasmania, we experience the elegance of the remote Kittawa Lodge.

We experience history and culture on Lake Tarawera at Solitaire Lodge, and then we discover the eco oasis of Te Arai Lodge near Mangawhai. Later, we head over the Tasman to Orpheus Island Lodge, a tropical escape on the Great Barrier Reef.

We experience timeless resplendence in Hawke's Bay at Summerlee, and meet the Black Barn Vineyard team who take care of Summerlee and her guests. We then visit Cabot Lodge in Fiordland, and in Australia we discover luxury culinary retreat The Louise.

We experience majestic natural beauty at Mt Cook Lakeside Retreat in the Mackenzie Country. In Hawke's Bay we visit the renowned Craggy Range Winery, and in Australia we discover the unique Arkaba Conservancy.

We visit The Manse, an elegant historic home in Hawke's Bay. Then we hop on board a helicopter and take a ride to Te Whare Ruruhau, a luxury cabin in Owhaoko. Later in Melbourne we experience bucolic bliss at Dairy Flat Farm and Lodge.

We visit Fiordland Lodge, where the fiords and sounds' majestic beauty is on show. Heading north of Auckland, we experience paradise at The Potting Shed. Plus, we see how avant-garde design meets rural bliss near Melbourne at Jackalope.

We head to Auckland's Waiheke Island where love reigns supreme amongst the beauty of Mudbrick. Then we're off to the South Island for adventure in GCH Aviation's luxury jet. Later, we visit Arajilla Retreat in Australia.
