Season 1 Episodes
1. Episode 1
This reflects the broadcast episodes, but Netflix, unbound by ads and other necessities, has divided the longer episodes into portions less than an hour. This covers E01 & E02 on NF. Friends at the front, Seyit and Petro, have a falling out when Petro disobeys orders. 1916, Petrograd, Seyit and Sura see each other at a lavish ball and neither can deny the instant attraction. A jealous Baroness tries to damage the new found relationship by gossiping to Sura about Seyit the Wolf.
2. Episode 2
Covers E03 & E04 as shown on Netflix. Seyit quickly identifies the person who hurt Sura, but he's not very perceptive to see the jealousy and resentment in Petro. Seyit and Sura both grieve over the confusion that has beset their new relationship, but they do so separately while others plan separate futures for them. Just as they resolve the misunderstandings, Seyit must leave to serve at the front.
3. Episode 3
Covers E05 & E06 as shown on Netflix. Seyit and Celil are commanding troops at the front when tragedy strikes. Petro shows he is capable of doing anything to obtain what he desires in love or war. At home, country and city, the rebels are becoming more and more bold. Families apply pressure to assure that desirable marriages are arranged and Sura comes under attack and criticism for her love of Seyit.
4. Episode 4
Covers E07 and E08 as shown on Netflix. Spring 1917. The country is in crisis and the Tsar is no longer in power. Communications are broken, the soldiers and noble families are in hiding and no one knows who to trust. Chaos and danger reign above all.
5. Episode 5
Covers E09 and E10 as shown on Netflix. Spring 1917. The rebels pursue Seyit, Sura, Celil and Tatya as they make their way south to Alushta, Crimea. The homecoming was not a very joyful time. They become aware of the dangers in Alushta and those that followed them from Petrograd.
6. Episode 6
Covers E11 and E12 as shown on Netflix. Petro tries in various ways to interfere in Sura and Seyit's relationship as he waits to call an attack on Seyit & his family.
7. Episode 7
Covers E13 and E14 as shown on Netflix. When the rebels attack the Eminof farm, all 3 of the sons are there to defend their parents. Tatya's health is still in question as she and Sura, along with Havva hide out. After the devastating losses, Seyit and Sura make their way to occupied Istanbul.
8. Episode 8
Covers E15 and E16 as shown on Netflix. Occupied Istanbul has become a base for conquest with everyone competing against the next person. Refugees simply looking for safety and family, others want to continue a battle that began elsewhere and some are determined to get the best for themselves no matter who suffers. Seyit and Sura are tossed about trying to land on their feet.
9. Episode 9
Covers E17 and E18 as shown on Netflix. While reunions occur at the birthday party, others are risking their lives. Some attract unwanted and dangerous attention, but little can be done except to wait for more information or disaster to strike.
10. Episode 10
Covers E19 and E20 as shown on Netflix. Seyit leads a rescue and recovery, but tells more lies to Sura to protect her and others. Petro and Lola continue to plot against Seyit and Sura's relationship.
11. Episode 11
Covers E21 and E22 as shown on Netflix. As a wedding is planned and happily anticipated, Petro goes all out to sabotage it behind their backs. One prisoner is freed while another is executed. There are more storm clouds over this wedding than anyone could guess.
12. Episode 12
Covers E23 and E24 as shown on Netflix. Seyit must now plan another escape, but Sura's aunt has taken over planning her life once again. At long last, Sura finds a link to her sister! Lies, tricks and stubbornness from others are still keeping Seyit and Sura apart.
13. Episode 13
Covers E25 and E26 as shown on Netflix. So much deceit, backstabbing and conniving! How much more pain can some of these people tolerate? Happily, it appears that some of the liars and cheats are going to be discovered!
