1. Hot Potato Café
Philadelphia is known as "The City of Brotherly Love," but one restaurant, the Hot Potato Cafe, is tearing a family apart. Passion, motivation and spirit fueled the restaurant when it was founded two years ago, but all of these mandatory ingredients are now in short supply.
2. Flamangos
Husband and wife Bill and Adele were experienced restaurant owners who had retired. They came out of retirement in 2006 to open one with their daughter Cheryl, Flamango's, a "fine dining" restaurant with a tropical theme. Adele is abrasive to the staff. Bill is getting old and yet does all the menial jobs, and also does a tableside steak service. The chef Bryan laments he has no control over the menu. The place is not doing well, so Adele and Bill see no choice but to call upon Gordon.
3. Bazzini
Chef Gordon Ramsay takes on Bazzini Cafe, an Italian restaurant in Ridgewood, NJ, that struggles with slow service, poorly crafted dishes, a lackluster sous chef and a disappointing head chef.
4. Mojitos
Mojito Cuban Cuisine is run by Kata and Marcelo, ex-lovers turned bitter feuders who are ruining the business and in turn, the business ruining them.
5. Lido di Manhattan Beach
Lido Di Manhattan Beach is owned by Lisa, who proudly goes on about her young age and ownership, yet is oblivious to the faults said age and lack of experience have brought. And then Ramsay starts investigating the kitchen...
6. Le Bistro
The owner and only chef of Le Bistro has his mind set to having done nothing wrong and won't listen to anybody, including Ramsay. Can Gordon help a disrespectful, rude and arrogant owner or is Le Bistro beyond help?
7. Casa Roma
Chef Ramsay heads to Lancaster, California to help out an Italian restaurant called in Casa Roma. The owners are clueless when it comes to getting people in the restaurant and how to help manage the kitchen. The restaurant is merely surviving on the packed bar area.
8. Mama Rita's
Chef Ramsay helps a woman with her struggling Mexican restaurant that is facing foreclosure.
9. Anna Vincenzo's
The prima donna owner of Anna Vincenzo's rebukes Ramsay and his help and insists what she is doing is fine.
10. Revisited #2
Ramsay revisits restaurants Giuseppi and Sante La Brea, from season two, to see if they have succeeded; there is good news and there is bad news. Also included is an update on what happened at Finn McCool's.
11. Fleming
The only thing that has changed in 30 years at Fleming is the ownership. After literally having to pull a plate from a customer and stop orders of a menu item, Ramsay soon realizes more help is needed than he realized.
12. Sushi Ko
Chef Ramsay visits Sushi Ko in Thousand Oaks, Cal., a failing second location of a family-owned eatery. Problems include debt, a breakdown of the family dynamic, and a relative who has lost his passion for cooking.

Chef Ramsay revisits Handlebar (Long Island), Casa Roma (Lancaster) and Black Pearl (New York).
