1. Episode 1
Sophie has extreme Tourette's. Jack calls a microwave curry his 'signature dish'. Can Michel teach the basics to the team in time for a shift at busy steak restaurant Hawksmoor?
2. Episode 2
The trainees are unleashed on the paying public, with Sam as head chef. Can Jack prove himself to Michel, and can Annelie and Sarah's friendship survive a busy kitchen?
3. Episode 3
Michel sends the team out on work experience to kitchens, hotels and restaurants across London. And is romance on the menu for Sophie and Sam?
4. Episode 4
The work experience is over and the trainees face the final hurdle of trying to find a job. They also go to Paris to cook a three-course feast for the Roux family.
