2. Kate's Birthday Surprise
The Gosselin kids get help from professional baker Duff Goldman of Ace of Cakes, to help them bake a cake as a surprise for Kate's birthday, while Jon is off in Utah for some skiing with friends and a tour of a facility that helps handicapped kids ski and snowboard.
3. Sun, Seashells and Scrapes
Kate and Mady spend some mother-daughter time together in San Diego, while Jon takes care of the other seven kids. Then an emergency happens with the one of little kids, that ends with a trip to the hospital.
4. Bam! 100th Episode
Jon & Kate Plus 8 celebrates their 100th episode with special guest Chef Emeril Lagasse who, gives the Gosselins a cooking lesson and the kids get to make their own meal.
5. Bikes & Trikes
Paul Teutul, Sr., Paul Teutul, Jr. and Michael Teutul of American Chopper visit the Gosselins to help Jon make his own custom motorcyle.
6. Houses & Big Changes
The children are getting their own playhouses: one for Mady, one for Cara, one for the little girls and one for the boys, also Jon and Kate announce that after much discussion they will separate after 10 years of marriage.

A look back at the first ten years of Jon & Kate's married life and how they ended up where they are now.
8. Renovations & Vacations
With eight growing kids, the kitchen has always been a critical room in the Gosselin household. Though the family finally has the kitchen space they've long needed, they need to revamp their cabinets to maximize space and efficiency. The challenge is that Kate didn't realize that renovating the kitchen would result in being without her kitchen for almost two weeks! The thought of doing dishes in the bathtub proves too much for Kate, and she decides to trade stress for relaxation by taking the kids to the beach while Jon manages the cabinet installations. Can Kate escape stress or will the all-too-familiar challenges of parenting eight kids on the road become an obstacle once again?
9. Camping Out
With the warm summer weather and a backyard at their feet, the Gosselin kids are anxious to get outside and spend a night camping out. Sleeping in a tent is not exactly Kate's idea of a relaxing evening, even if it is in her own backyard, but she is determined to make it work so that her kids can have a fun campout. The kids can't wait to sleep under the stars, but Kate still has to figure out how to do things that she never thought she'd be able to do, like setting up multiple tents and starting a campfire by herself! Will the demands of outdoor camping be too much for Kate, or will a campout with eight kids prove to be surprisingly fun?
10. Beach & Kitchen Reveal
While Jon oversees the installation of new cabinets in the kitchen, Kate and the kids get into some fun in the sun at the beach. In addition to cooking the kids a special breakfast, Kate recreates summer fun for all the kids, allowing them to body paint with pudding yet again, despite her natural desire for cleanliness and order. Soon enough, it's time to go home, and check out the changes to the kitchen. Will the reveal of the new cabinets and kitchen meet Kate's expectations?
11. Battleship & Barber
While away, Kate's planned a special day with the boys and takes them to explore the USS North Carolina battleship. Meanwhile, Jon gets some quality time with Mady and Cara when they ride go-carts, walk a high rope and play arcade games at a park back home! After the battleship adventure, Kate sets out to find a barber shop as the boys are in desperate need of a haircut. Even though they've only had one barber in their five years, Kate's determined. How will the boys and Kate handle going to a new barber for the first time?
12. Dude Ranch and Dress Up
Kate takes the boys to a real dude ranch so they can experience the lifestyle of a cowboy. Meanwhile at home, Jon has the girls work on a scavenger hunt.
13. Movie and a Catch
Kate decides to have another movie night with the kids, but this time it'll be shown outdoors in their backyard. During Jon's opportunity for a day with the kids, he decides to teach them how to fish.
14. Farm to Table
Kate takes the kids back to their organic food provider. The Amish farmer is famous for supplying excellent organic products, especially fresh fruit and vegetables. Once they return home, Kate immerses herself into preparing a delicious, healthy dinner for the family, and then she hosts a game night with the kids. Later, after a long and exhausting day, Kate must take Cara on a late-night trip to the doctor.
15. Tea Party
After spending lots of quality time with her boys recently, Kate is now giving her three youngest girls a special day with Mommy. She takes them on a carriage ride through a small town before stopping in a traditional tea room for tea and biscuits.
16. Time to Organize!
Kate loves to organize things, but with a busy schedule and eight kids, there's no time. So she has an expert organizer, Diane Albright come in and help them with their messy basement.
17. School Days
Kate is used to having the sextuplets at home when the twins went off to school, so what will she do now that all eight kids are in school?
18. Butterflies & Water Rockets
Kate takes the little girls on a trip to Florida to visit the world's largest butterfly house, while back at home, Jon and the rest of the kids launch water rockets.
19. You Ask, Kate Answers
Kate answers questions from the viewers again, (this time by herself) on the show's and her personal life's future.

21. Gymnastics and Baseball
Kate signs the children up for gymnastics and Jon takes them to a minor league baseball game.

Kate shares never before seen footage from the cutting room floor including her celebrating her 10th wedding anniversary with the children and going on the road for her book tour, Jon attempting to train the dogs, and the family getting passports for a big trip.
