Season 3 Episodes
1. Series 3, Show 1
Jack's global adventure kicks off in New Zealand, and he wastes no time in getting his young recruits stuck into their first challenge - walking a slack line, or tightrope, suspended over a sickening drop high in the mountains. To even get to its location, after being dropped off by helicopter, the recruits face a gruelling uphill mountain slog. Two things soon become clear to Jack - he has an unfit bunch on his hands, and he's going to face a lot of moaning over the coming weeks.
2. Series 3, Show 2
Jack and his crew are off to the Sarawak jungle. Here they will live beneath the canopy for six days as they trek towards the home of the Penan, one of the last truly nomadic jungle tribes untouched by the 21st Century. This task will be make or break time for recruits' mental and psychical capabilities and with no hospital nearby, preparation for the journey is the ultimate key to survival.
3. Series 3, Show 3
After four adrenaline-soaked weeks away in New Zealand and Borneo, Jack and the recruits regroup in London for their next adventure. The challenge: to run a route though central London. Sounds easy? This being Adrenaline Junkie, they're going to do it the hard way by joining a hardcore team of urban runners, who are going to do the run parcour style. Jack and his recruits will use stairs, handrails and balconies to create their own obstacle course through London’s streets, and they've only got two days to get their skills up to scratch.
4. Series 3, Show 4
Jack is lying in a freezing tent, deep in the mountains 300 miles into the Arctic circle in Northern Finland, too ill to move. Outside, the merciless wind is dropping the temperature to minus 28. The nearest major hospital is 250 miles away, and he's 50 miles across savage, storm exposed terrain from the nearest road. If ever there is a moment so far in Jack’s adventures on Adrenaline Junkie when they look like they could come to an end, then this is it. Jack sends the recruits back to the kick boxing school in Thailand that licked him into shape in the first series of Adrenaline Junkie. It's a punishing regime of fitness training and learning how to fight, Thai style. Here, Londoner Kai, who has struggled with many of the challenges, comes into his own.
5. Series 3, Show 5
After surviving the rigours of the world’s tallest bungee, Jack and his recruits head deep into the heart of China for their next challenge – kung fu training with the Shaolin monks. It's a serious undertaking. A regime of 5am starts, spartan living conditions and a punishing physical programme of learning moves and dramatically increasing fitness levels. To get through their week, Jack’s recruits will need every last ounce of self discipline they possess - just what Jack feels they need at this stage of their global adventure.
6. Series 3, Show 6
Leaving the tough kung fu school behind, Jack and his recruits head west, deep into the heart of the Mongolian outback. Over the next week, they will live, work, eat and sleep the traditional life of nomadic cowboys.
7. Series 3, Show 7
Jack Osbourne takes the recruits to Hawaii, challenging them to a dive in Shark infested waters.
8. Series 3, Show 8
Jack Osbourne takes five young people around the world to experience a life-changing odyssey as they engage in a series of adrenaline-fuelled challenges. Jack and his recruits round up their global adventure by sky diving from a World War II aircraft into the blue skies of California
