Theme : Trout In a new Iron Chef rivalry, Bobby Flay takes on Iron Chef French Hiroyuki Sakai, who has won more battles than any other Iron Chef and will open a new restaurant in Hawaii this year.

Theme : Spiny lobster Iron Chef Japanese Masaharu Morimoto proves he is an Iron Man by battling two of the American Iron Chefs. In the first battle, the chef/owner of Morimoto restaurant in Philadelphia faces Mario Batali host of Molto Mario and Ciao America on Food Network.

Theme : Eggs The competition continues with Morimoto accepting the challenge from Wolfgang Puck. Puck, the original celebrity chef, is host of Wolfgang Puck's Cooking Class on Food Network. Can Morimoto make it through an unprecedented two battles in a row?

Theme : Fruits de Mer (Scallops, Langostine, and Sea Urchin) Iron Chef Japanese Masaharu Morimoto joins forces with Bobby Flay to take on Iron Chef French Hiroyuki Sakai and Mario Batali in a tag-team seafood showdown. Judges include Ted Allen (“Queer Eye for the Straight Guy”) and James Michael Tyler (“Friends”).

In another All-Star culinary showdown, the Chairman has invited Paula Deen to partner up with Iron Chef Cat Cora and compete against Food Network's own Tyler Florence and Robert Irvine.

As a special holiday treat, the Chairman has pitted two of his Iron Chefs against one-another. Iron Chef Cat Cora takes on the newest Iron Chef Michael Symon in a heated holiday battle.

It's the holiday season, and the Chairman is celebrating with a festive battle. He welcomes Chef Mike Lata of FIG (Food Is Good) restaurant in Charleston, SC to enter Kitchen Stadium and take on Iron Chef Jose Garces.
