Get ready to fly at the speed of fear. These are some of the fastest roller coasters on the planet, reaching speeds of up to 128 miles per hour. Featured Coasters: Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH; Desperado at Buffalo Bill’s in Primm, NV; Xcelerator at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA; Bizarro at Six Flags New England.
2. 305 Foot Terror Machine
The battle rolls on to Australia for a coaster that shoots riders backwards at 100 mph, then to Germany for a ride that twists down 2, 360-degree corkscrews. And finally, we head to the US for a monstrous 5,000-ft coaster.
