Series 1 Plot
In Love & Toxic: Blue Therapy will follow five couples as they offload relationship challenges in a series of couples’ therapy sessions, where they will lay difficult issues out on the table. The couples will be guided by returning relationships coach, Denise and new joiner, Jo.

1. Episode 1
Tunde and Marie's relationship is one of love, but will a shock revelation derail their 10-year union? Shaun and Rae aren't on speaking terms. And could Lauren's dreams leave Michael in the shade?
2. Episode 2
Could Marie's love of the high life and Tunde's trust issues threaten their future? And a third party is revealed in Michael and Lauren's turbulent relationship.
3. Episode 3
A shocking revelation from Michael leaves Lauren reeling, and new couple Tang and Temi lay out their dwindling sex life in their first session on the couch
4. Episode 4
Shaun confesses a secret involving Rae's friend, but Rae has a secret of her own. As Lucky and Annah start their journey, flaws are exposed in their relationship.
5. Episode 5
Annah shares a secret. Tang's unwillingness to tie the knot threatens the peace with Temi. And will Rae's shock confession end her relationship with Shaun?
6. Episode 6
Tunde drops the mother of all bombshells, Lucky and Annah play tit-for-tat on the affair front, and Tang reaches stalemate on setting a date to say 'I do'.
