Fashion guru Gok Wan is back, continuing his mission to bring body confidence and top style to the people of Britain. The new run kicks off with a series first, as Gok gets his hands on social recluse Simon Wainwright and undertakes his first ever male makeover. Thirty-five-year-old Simon was diagnosed with Sheuermann's Disorder, a curvature of the spine when he was 14, and in March 2008 he underwent life changing surgery to correct the 96 degree curve. But what should have been the start of a new confident life actually made his self-esteem crash to zero when Simon became repulsed by his new body.

"Face up to the fact you have a real woman's body and learn to love it," Gok tells weepy Adele, who at 40 thinks she's gone to pot since she gave up figure skating. Now that she has another baby on the way, he faces the challenge of making her the first mum-to-be to tackle the naked catwalk.

Antoinette, 32, has become introverted and insecure since she was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago and underwent chemotherapy, radiotherapy, a mastectomy and breast reconstruction. Nearly two years after meeting twins Jeannie and Suzy, Gok returns to find out how the girls are getting on. When we first met mum-of-three Jeannie she hated her stretchmarks and was envious of her twin sister's body. She saw Suzy as a slimmer, sexier version of herself - even though the girls were almost exactly the same size.
