British families that live in the same neighbourhoods but come from very different cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds arrange play-dates for their children who otherwise would be unlikely to meet.

1. Episode 1
First up are three sets of youngsters in Birmingham, Tom and Billy live on an affluent street. Brendan lives with his mum and three siblings. Yasmin comes from a family of proud 'Afro-Brummies'.
2. Episode 2
Lily and Piper are eight and Isis is ten. They come from very different backgrounds but meet for the first time for a play-date, where they contemplate family, make-up and money.
3. Episode 3
In Sheffield, nine-year-old girls Syd, Alisha and Daisy meet for the first time at a play-date. At which they discuss topics like religion, appearance and the differences between being a boy and a girl.
