A single dad's uninspired and outdated space is transformed into a sleek, modern family room complete with a media wall, metallic fireplace surround and built-in computer work space.
2. Basket Weave Floor
A 1970s living room gets a major facelift! They rip out old white carpet and weave together dark hardwood and metallic tile to create the main attraction in this room! Plus, the dated giant lava rock fireplace gets stripped down.
3. Photo Fusion Living Room
A photographer and graphic designer couple get an empty living room turned into a chic adult space complete with bamboo flooring, a built in workstation and squared out arches with a pocket door and custom bookshelves.
4. Kitchen Island Oasis
White cabinets get replaced with sustainable bamboo topped with slick new countertops made out of reutilized mirror, porcelain, glass and stone. A wall is removed to make the space more cohesive.
5. Industrial Concrete Kitchen
A small kitchen with a grandma vibe gets a big upgrade into a sleek, industrial space with concrete counter tops, new appliances and one-of-a-kind flooring.
6. Elegant Entertaining Space
An underused room is a catch-all for toys and hand-me-down furniture, but the homeowners want to use it to entertain. Josh updates a wood-paneled wall and a brick fireplace with glass tile and an attached custom shelving unit.
7. Sunroom Sanctuary
A young couple turns a semi-outdoor sunroom into a finished living space. The room becomes a sanctuary complete with new framing & insulation, all new windows and door, a heating/air unit and a floating wood paneled media wall.
8. Metal Barn Wood Kitchen
These hip homeowners have a lot of style, but their kitchen is lacking cool. Their tiny kitchen just isn't cutting it between the peeling linoleum floor, beat up cabinets, outdated appliances and limiting floor plan.
9. Rustic Game Room
Josh Temple helps an aspiring singer in Texas renovate a '70s bonus room into a multi-purpose game room with a soundproof vocal booth and an L-shaped bar.
10. Wine Tasting Room
Craig enjoys wine and has bottles all over the house so he needs a space for wine storage and tasting. A closet is enlarged, refrigerated and installed with a wine rack system and a wine tasting table is made from wine barrels.
11. Sports Bar Basement
Josh Temple gives a sports fanatic the "man town" basement of his dreams including a massive projector screen, black granite bar and custom poker table.
12. Urban Boston Den
This dark & dank den is just screaming for a crash. To modernize this living space, the den is transformed into an urban-living lounge with metallic cork floors, hip bar niches and a recycled paper-slate-like wall.
13. Martini Bar Basement
Chicago's Ashley and Brian Riordan have a rather ordinary finished basement, and a guestroom that is literally useless. What they need is a great place to entertain, but this space never really fits the bill.
