1. Snowball
Ramiro del Solar is a respected TV journalist and family man. But behind his impeccable facade, Ramiro is having an affair with Alexia, an Olympic diver, and his daughter Jimena’s best friend. Their secret comes to a tragic end when a prank ends in the accidental death of Alexia. A panicked Ramiro tries to destroy evidence, but he forgets to erase a picture on Alexia’s phone.
2. Boomerang
Ramiro uses his status to latch on to the investigation as he seeks to monitor who the police are looking at. Behind the scenes, the attorney general brings in respected criminologist, León, who finds an overlooked piece of evidence at the crime scene. Meanwhile, Ramiro and his reporter, Sami, zero in on Marcos, Alexia’s boyfriend, and his alleged history of violence.
3. Anonymous
As Lima pressures Ramiro to support Altamirano’s campaign, Ramiro and Julia weigh their options on how to distance themselves from the hardline candidate. Platas finds out that León returned to Alexia’s house. After Marcos is brought into custody, he readily offers up his fingerprints upon learning that one was lifted from the crime scene. Meanwhile, Ramiro receives an ominous message.
4. Snakes and Stairs
After Marcos is released on bail, Jimena pushes him to do an interview with her father. Ramiro seeks help in digging into the background of his pesky neighbor Pacheco. Lima steers a major contract to Bernarda’s business. After Sami learns about doping within Alexia’s diving team, Ramiro presses Marcos about it in their interview, but Marcos calls attention to the fingerprint found.
5. Become
Despite offering his DNA, a judge sends Marcos back to jail. During questioning by the DA’s office, Marcos reveals his true whereabouts on the night of Alexia’s murder. A candlelight vigil for Alexia — organized by Jimena and Delia — is marred by Ramiro’s attendance. Also, a reluctant Platas pushes back on León’s recommendation to seek fingerprint samples from Alexia’s family and friends.
6. The Approaching Fire
The identity of the murdered man is revealed. Jimena announces her plans to move out. Figueroa’s investigation into Pacheco takes a fatal turn and he is forced to bring even more troubling news to Ramiro. Also, Ramiro uses his show to try and connect Alexia’s death to the doping and later, he receives another anonymous message.
7. Dormant Volcano
Figueroa gives Ramiro a video of police breaking protocols at the crime scene of Alexia’s death, which Ramiro airs on his show. The video causes fallout in the DA’s office. Jimena’s investigation into Altamirano reveals that he and Lima are connected through a collection of shell companies. Also, the cybercrime unit identifies a person of interest from Alexia’s social media activity.
8. Polar Front
Bernarda cuts ties with Eva and Lima. Platas threatens Ramiro to try to get him to rehabilitate his image with the public. León moves to collect prints from people surrounding Alexia, which causes Ramiro’s paranoia to boil over: he refuses to provide his fingerprints, which solidifies León’s suspicions. Later, Ramiro infuriates Lima by airing out Altamirano’s dirty business deals during their interview.
9. Saint Petersburg
The DA’s office goes after Jimena after connecting her to the IP address, and under questioning she unknowingly reveals information about her father. Meanwhile, Bernarda makes a surprising confession, León seeks more time, and Ramiro schemes to get the upper hand on Lima after he offers Ramiro a quid pro quo that hinges on Altamirano.
10. Into the Night
Jimena is destroyed after learning the truth about her father’s relationship with Alexia. León informs Ramiro that the police are moving to arrest Jimena — he must confess if he wants to save his daughter. Bernarda pleads with Ramiro, and he decides to come clean on his show. As Lima watches Ramiro’s demise with joy, Ramiro maneuvers to divulge Lima’s ties to Altamirano.
