Series 27 Episodes
1. Desirable Dwellings in Lovely Locations
Is it a stairway to heaven? Not quite, it’s a spiral staircase in duplex flat in Southsea, Hampshire that Jacqui’s come to see. Martin is in the sought after town of Cheltenham, and Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire where his colourful shirt makes up for the lack of colour in a two bed flat.
2. Building the Dream
A plot of land in Derby has Dion excited. Tommy is in Suffolk at a project with a challenging plastering job, and Jacqui meets a retired butcher trying his hand at property development.
3. I Hear a Train a Comin'
A house beside a railway has Tommy recommending good double glazing in Orpington, south east London. Dion is in Greater Manchester, where the sandwich bill is racking up for the new owner. In a Lancashire semi, Martel meets a former hairdresser who is undertaking a labour of love.
4. A One-Bedroom Flat Worth One Million Pounds!
Where else but London?! A one-bedroom flat has a potential value of one million pounds if renovated properly. Martel is assessing 25 acres of land in Anglesey. Martin is in Bristol where he disagrees with the new owner about his plans for the layout.
5. Martin Smells Trouble
A house in Hampshire has Martin’s nose out of joint, as an overwhelming odour is making life difficult. Martel is in Aberdeenshire, where a bungalow in a rural setting is a fantastic development opportunity. We revisit a plot of land in Nottingham that Tommy first saw back in early 2022.
6. Ivy Invasion!
Dion tackles overgrown ivy that is invading an end-of-terrace house in north Wales. He also deals with damp in a Stoke bungalow. Martel is in Nottinghamshire, where former retail premises are not currently fit for purpose.
7. A Riverside Grade Two Listed Cottage
A riverside period house alongside a riverside path in historic Canterbury is modernised for a family, and a grandfather transforms a flat in Brighton to be nearer to his grandchildren. Work also gets under way to transform a house in need of TLC in Ashton-under-Lyne.
8. Three Houses for the Price of One
A father-and-daughter development team buy a bungalow with a view in Eastbourne and knock it down to build three detached houses, a husband and wife renovate a terraced house in Chesterton, and two electricians transform a house in Solihull.
9. Big Dipper in Stoke
Dion is navigating some severely uneven flooring at an end-of-terrace house in Stoke. Jacqui has layout changes in mind at a flat in east London. A three-bedroom terrace in Kent has Tommy on the hunt for an upstairs toilet.
10. Million-Pound-Plus Property
Martin falls in love with a large London house with a million-pound-plus guide price. Dion is on familiar ground at a two-bedroom mid-terrace in Stoke. And Jacqui sees great potential to extend at a rural Surrey property.
11. Too Good to Be True?
Dion struggles to find fault with a mid-terrace in Stoke, but could there be any hidden nasties? Another terrace in Staffordshire requires more attention! And a flat in south east London has Jacqui fretting over the short lease.
12. Norfolk Showstopper
Tommy sees the potential in a bungalow in the beautiful Norfolk Broads, while Dion is on familiar turf in both Stoke and Coventry with two intriguing projects.
13. Pampered Pooches
A former care centre in Waterlooville is converted into a smart family home for a young couple, their baby daughter, ten pet dogs and their dog grooming business.
14. A Tale of Three Semis
It’s a semi-detached extravaganza in this episode, with Dion visiting properties in Stoke and on the Wirral, while Tommy is in Gillingham, Kent.
15. Nice to See You Again!
We welcome back two developers who’ve been on the show before. One is tackling a big end-of-terrace in north London, whereas the other seems to have nabbed a bargain in Suffolk. Martel also checks out an interesting property in Morecambe with beautiful sea views.
16. A Family Affair
All three property renovations today are led by family partnerships – a husband, wife and daughter team in Madeley, brothers-in-law in Castleton and an entire family in Newton Aycliffe get stuck in. All three renovations throw up unexpected issues, but will family harmony remain intact?
17. What a Marathon
A marathon runner completes a marathon seven-year project to transform a site in Llanfynydd into smart holiday accommodation, while a couple give a terraced house in Derby the real wow factor and friends in Southend-on-Sea create a lovely coastal home for someone.
18. Five for the Price of One
A couple create five high-end homes from a former care home close to the sea in Seaford, Tommy along with developers in Hucknall sees the potential of two rundown terraces, and a former estate agent sees things from the other side with a development project in Shildon.
19. Family and Friends
Martin Roberts and Martel Maxwell meet developers working alongside partners or friends to transform dated and unloved properties. They follow their progress on two houses in Leeds, while a third development in Fenton in Staffordshire delivers a twist.
20. Flat-tastic
A trio of rundown flats in Glasgow, London and Bournemouth are given the wow factor by family-developing teams who know how to turn unloved properties into desirable homes.
21. Mistaken Identity
Martel meets two friends in Hull who seem to have bought the wrong property. Tommy is in Suffolk, where a patch-up job isn’t hiding the damp in an end-of-terrace. And Dion meets two brothers in Liverpool who seem to have it all under control.
22. Will Looks Be Deceiving?
Martin’s in Wales, where a mixed commercial and residential unit is in surprisingly good condition. Jacqui’s house in Norwich is in similarly decent nick. But are they hiding any secret issues? Dion is in Staffordshire where a three bedroom mid-terrace has a quirky layout to contend with.
23. Love Is in the Air
Martin falls in love with a period sandstone cottage in Shropshire, and the owner cements his love for his girlfriend at the end of the renovation by proposing!
24. Can You Dig It?
A developer in Plymouth has tunnel vision with his plans to dig down at a bungalow, Martin is cracking up at a semi-detached house in Staffordshire, and in Suffolk, Jacqui sees the potential in a detached property.
25. Last Orders in Cambridgeshire
A former pub has Martel feeling sentimental about her younger days as a barmaid. Martin is being attacked by unruly foliage in Devon, and he goes to see a house with a suspiciously low guide price in the West Midlands.
26. From Worst to Best
Two brothers work on a very tired boarded-up house in Widnes and turn it into the best-looking house on the street. Meanwhile, a couple also add value to an auction buy in Folkestone, and a developer in Dalry stands to double his money after rejigging the layout of a detached house.
27. It's a Jungle out There
A jungle in the front and back of a terrace in Southampton is tamed with a smart interior to match, while developers crack on with transforming a detached house in Dudley and building a row of terraces in Chesterton.
28. Smallest House Ever?
Is a house in Wales the smallest Martin has ever encountered in his 20 years on the show? Meanwhile, Dion is captivated by a rather funky, retro carpet in a terrace in Lancashire. And Tommy’s in Wandsworth, London, where a one-bedroom garden flat has potential to add space.
29. A Musical Sink
Dion creates a great drum beat on an old kitchen sink in Stoke before the terrace is transformed into a stunning home and there are equally ambitious plans for a period flat in Stirling and a car park in Leeds.
30. Horsing Around
Martel tries to remain stable, despite there being no horses, as she looks around a Cumbrian house set on three acres of land.
31. Back-to-Front House in South Yorkshire
Never mind about stairs up to the bedrooms, where’s the front door? Dion has to figure it out in a three-bedroom mid-terrace in South Yorkshire.
32. Digging It
Jacqui is impressed that a first-floor Aldershot flat comes with its own back garden, Dion can see the-money making potential in a large house in Wallasey, and a woman swaps hairdressing for house development in Great Yarmouth.
33. Bolthole
The new owner of a terrace in Crewe isn’t put off by the numerous safety bolts on the front door. The seasoned developer turns it into a smart HMO (house in multiple occupation).
34. What’s Behind the Trapdoor?
A 300-year-old property in Kent with a mysterious trapdoor has Tommy intrigued. He’s also in Norfolk, where we revisit a derelict mid-terrace property. Jacqui is braving the wet weather in Cambridgeshire.

Martel discovers old newspapers dating a two-bed mid terrace in south Wales, but they don’t tell the whole story of a property that needs completely salvaging.
36. Two-Million-Pound Project
Dion Dublin follows progress on a project to create student accommodation in Liverpool, which could net the developers a cool two- million-pound profit, while developers in Snodland and Normanton face challenges bringing unloved homes back to life.
37. Blank Canvas
A Southport Victorian villa provides a blank canvas for a six-figure development project, while in South Shields there's a much smaller budget for an already pristine maisonette. In Folkestone, a father and daughter set to work creating a smart HMO.

Two brothers buy a pair of cottages in north Norfolk and plan to create one stunning family home.
39. Back to School for Martin
There are lessons to be learned at a former primary school in Tunbridge Wells for Martin. He’s also flummoxed by the layout of an end-of-terrace in Somerset. Jacqui has a lot of stairs to climb in Kent.
40. Where’s the Catch?
A one-bedroom flat in Somerset has Martin struggling to find jobs that need doing, as it’s in great condition. Dion’s in Wigan, where the cracks are showing in a two-bedroom mid-terrace, while a Grade II listed cottage in Kent charms Tommy.
41. Leaps of Faith
Characterful cottages in both south Wales and Norfolk are bought by people who didn’t originally intend to bid on them! A Staffordshire building plot just keeps on giving and giving!
42. Cracking Up
A major crack in a two-bedroom cottage in New Malden doesn’t stop a fashion student from buying it or from giving the finished project the wow factor.
43. Multimillion-Pound Mansion
A stunning multimillion-pound project in London that Tommy first saw in 2021 reaches an epic conclusion. Martel encounters two characterful projects in North Yorkshire and Cumbria.
44. The Wow Factor
Dion looks at a down-at-heel 1930s Nottingham bungalow that's been transformed into a modern, stylish house, while developers in Workington and Gillingham also work wonders on their auction buys.
45. Mind Your Head, Tommy
Tommy has to duck to fit into a Norfolk cottage with a very low ceiling height. Martel searches for the toilet in a mid-terrace in South Yorkshire, and Dion tries to stay warm, just outside Stoke.
46. What a Stunner
A young couple buy their first home together in Haydock and transform the three-bedroom semi-detached house into a stunning place for them to live.
47. Divine Inspiration
A former chapel in rural Hethersgill in Cumbria is converted into a glorious holiday home, while developers in Southall and South Norwood create lovely homes from worn-out property auction buys.
48. Call the Cops
A flashback to 2016, when Dion visited a former police station in Birmingham that wasn’t your usual auction lot. Things are a bit more conventional for him in Liverpool at a three-bedroom mid-terrace, but there’s nothing 'standard' about Jacqui’s property in Hertfordshire.
49. Colour Clash!
A purple interior clashes with Jacqui’s outfit in Norfolk, Owain’s admiring the view in Swansea, and Dion can’t believe how good things are at his end-terrace in Liverpool.
50. Who Needs Walls Anyway?
The walls threaten to come tumbling down for Martin at a mid-terrace in south Wales, a Grade II listed former church in Cambridgeshire has Tommy excited about its potential, and Dion is loving the character in a Lincolnshire cottage.
51. Mum Knows Best!
A young developer follows his mother's advice in Bushey Heath and is surprised to hear the potential profit if he ever sells on the ground floor flat.
52. Tommy's Too Tall
Tommy is struggling for headroom at an Essex mid-terrace, while in south London, Jacqui has to watch her step at a ground floor flat. Owain is in south Wales, where he’s excited by the potential on offer.
53. A Trio of Terraces
Dion and Martel are in Cheshire, Yorkshire and the Midlands, looking at terraces. They all have three things in common - low auction guide prices, lots of work to be done and smart new looks once everything is finished.
54. Owain Blending in with the Furniture? Surely Not!
Owain’s outfit matches perfectly with the décor at a Wolverhampton semi. A Cumbrian barn conversion gives Martel serious holiday vibes. And Martin creates an imaginary canine companion in Nottingham.
55. We're Living the High Life
Tommy’s head is in the clouds with the stunning city views from a London high rise. His luck continues with a trip to the beautiful Norfolk coast. Martel is on home soil at a Perthshire maisonette.
