1. Episode 1
A trio of terraces in Norfolk, Mid Glamorgan and Essex are transformed by seasoned developers who battle the rising cost of building materials to turn a profit on their auction buys.
2. Episode 2
Tommy is on the hunt for a missing toilet in a house in Leicestershire. Jacqui is tackling a three-bedroom semi in Doncaster with damp and an avocado bathroom suite amongst other issues. She’s also on the Essex coast, where a husband-and-wife team have high hopes for an equally high-rise property.
3. Episode 3
Terraces in Summerstown in London and Darlington are bought at auction by investors, as is a semi-detached house in Crewe. Two of the properties are given wonderful makeovers, while the third is flipped for a profit without any work being done.
4. Episode 4
In Dunfermline and Ladywell, two one-bedroom flats in bad states of repair are transformed into smart homes, and a huge former hostel in Torquay is also given an appealing renovation. But will the developers who bought the properties at auction manage to make any profits?
5. Episode 5
An end terrace in Manchester, a flat in Liverpool and a semi in Stoke-on-Trent are sold at auction and snapped up by developers hoping to make a profit on their investments. Martin, Dion and Jacqui follow their progress, which varies from a swift 20 days to more than four years.
6. Episode 6
A silver-themed house in Sheffield, but it’s not a shining example for Dion. Martin is perplexed by the smallest radiator he’s ever seen in south Wales... or anywhere else for that matter!
7. Episode 7
Tommy masks up as he investigates an odour filled townhouse in Windsor. Dion has to do some exploring to find a hidden gem in the form of a three-bed bungalow in Wetherby. And Martel chats to a couple who invest in a holiday flat by the Ayrshire coast in Largs.

Not one but two Surrey cottages are sold together at an online auction, Martin meets friends who develop a two-bedroom flat in Wiltshire for one of them to live in, and Tommy's getting a taste of 'The Good Life' in Surbito.
9. Episode 9
A property with beautiful views on the east coast of Scotland, a bundle of properties near Norwich including a barn and a house, and a trio of terraces in Sheffield are sold at auction. Dion, Martel and Tommy meet the developers who hope to make a profit on their investments.
10. Episode 10
Coastal properties are the flavour of the day with Martin, wowed by the surroundings of a property on the Gower Peninsula, and Jacqui finds herself in a time warp on the east coast of Suffolk. Martel heads inland to see a plot of land in Birmingham.
11. Episode 11
Two unusual properties in rural Kent and Yorkshire and an impressive large Victorian end terrace in Greater Manchester are sold at auction. Martin, Martel and Tommy talk to the developers and hear their plans to make the most of their property investments.

A house with a quirky layout in Maidstone, a flat in North Shields and an office in Bognor Regis with planning permission for a flat above it are all sold at online auctions.
13. Episode 13
Properties in Wakefield in West Yorkshire, Bintree in Norfolk and Folkestone in Kent are bought at auction. Dion, Jacqui and Tommy meet the buyers and follow progress as they work on their development projects.
14. Episode 14
Tommy visits a two-bed terrace in Stockport, Martin is just outside Stoke-on-Trent, and we return to a mixed lot in Milton in Staffordshire that Dion first visited in early 2021.
15. Episode 15
A semi-detached destined to be the buyers' home in Felixstowe, a seven-year project to transform a tired bungalow to help the community in Willenhall and a trendy warehouse apartment in Toxteth are sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion and Tommy check out the projects and meet the developers.
16. Episode 16
A terrace in Worksop, a studio apartment in a Bath Georgian crescent and a house with several flats near Liverpool FC's Anfield stadium are all sold under the hammer. Martin and Dion meet the investors hoping to make some money from their buys.

A characterful, Grade II-listed one-bedroom flat in Bath, a two-bed terrace in Stoke-on-Trent and a pair of terraced houses split into flats go under the hammer.
18. Episode 18
A one-bedroom flat in Hackney, a semi in Stoke-on-Trent and a cottage with huge potential in a village just outside Bath are sold at online property auctions. Once renovated, the developers who bought them all hope to turn a profit on their investments.

It’s a family affair today as two sets of siblings and a father and son team transform auction properties in Leek, Selly Park and Aberfan.
20. Episode 20
Today's property development projects run from seven weeks to several years. Martin and Dion track progress on renovations in Bristol and Blackley and a building project on land in Stoke.

A detached house in Whittlesey in Cambridgeshire, a property in Tunstall in Stoke and a terraced house full of period features in Ipswich in Suffolk are all sold at online auctions. Tommy and Jacqui meet the new owners and learn about their plans to make some money from their investments.

Jacqui boards a ferry to view a traditional cottage in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight, while Dion checks out an end terrace in Bradford, as well as following a two-year project in Derby to build eight homes on land formerly used as garages and workshops.

Dion is in Birmingham, while Martin is on a tour in Wales, looking at houses in Treherbert and Swansea. The property developers grapple with rising material costs as they try to add value to their auction investments.

A fantastic Cornish period house, with several old cars hidden in an overgrown back garden, is sold at an online auction, along with properties in County Durham and south Wales. Martin and Martel tour the houses and meet the owners who plan to give them a new lease of life.

Tommy can see the potential of a piece of land backing onto fields in Hitchin in Hertfordshire, while Jacqui looks around a flat in Penge in south east London. Dion explores a terraced house in Nottingham.

A terraced house in Birkenhead, a large period property in Ramsgate and a one-bedroom flat in a smart block in Hull are all sold at online auctions. But will any of them turn a profit?

A former pub in Stockport, a terraced house in Mansfield Woodhouse and a property housing three self-contained flats in Crewe are all sold under the hammer. All three owners come up against unexpected issues, but will they overcome the challenges and stick to their budgets?

It’s a Lancashire double for Dion as he visits two terraced properties, one in Burnley and the other in the town of Padiham. Tommy is in the village of Broadway in Somerset to look at a characterful three-bedroom detached house.

A young couple buy their first house together in Macclesfield, two brothers buy a set of disused 1950s buildings in Codnor, and another couple renovate a house in Rainworth.

An amazing opportunity by the Kent coast has Martin spying a building opportunity. Dion has an issue staying upright in an uneven mid-terrace in Stoke, and he’s in West Yorkshire to see a charming grade two listed building.

Developers buy two houses in Worksop and Wakefield with plans to rent them out, while in Dewsbury, a midwife and her builder husband buy a house they intend to turn into their forever home.

A couple of end terraces in Preston and Mid-Glamorgan and a semi-detached in Newcastle are sold under the hammer. Martin and Martel meet the new owners who are ready to tackle the projects with the aim of making a profit on their investments.

Dion, Martel and Tommy follow an impressive project to create four brand new houses in Alcester in Warwickshire, as well as developments to transform terraced houses in Little Hulton in Manchester and Norwich in Norfolk.

A developer sees the huge potential of demolition and rebuilding in Crystal Palace. Martel is in Stoke and Tommy is in Bexleyheath talking to a teacher who decided to make his latest buy his family home.
